The staff here is completely incompetent. Not only did it take 30 minutes to get through the line, they didn’t even have the drinks close to ready. It took four times to get the correct order. Andrew at the window hands me a small drink. I paid for a large. He says to me you can just get a refund (which he was too incompetent to know how to actually do). Blamed me for him not listening and tried to get me to leave without the correct size. How is that appropriate. They couldn’t...read full review
They aren’t consistent with their rules. One week they will use my swig card and split my drink in half and the next week they tell me they can’t.
