We purchased our food, and while waiting, we were told the apple pies would take about 10 to 15 minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and found that they had bagged the rest of our food right when we ordered it. When we got our food home, it was cold. I'm not happy about the service or the food. They are always slow at the drive-thru, that's why we went inside. It didn't matter. We won't be back to this location.

Girl at window didn't speak English. And she messing with her eyes fingers in mouth and no gloves, when I finally got my food I ask to o speak to a manger and she kept saying fries fresh. I won't be returning.

I work in fast food I know how it worksIt’s my day off I decided to order on doordashI can ramble but I’d rather notIf I’m working like you guys are it’s crazy how you’ll give me half of what I orderedWhat really got me was my large fries were not large but were a medium in a large container & it seemed like the test fries, the ones where you discard it after checking if the oil temp isright, I know I’ve worked in fast foodIt was ROCK hard and wasn’t filled to the top so that’s how I know - I can survive off fries so that’s what really got meThe new big cheesy bacon burger was lukewarm and the cheese were slapped on w no careyou guys really gave me a chicken slider that seemed like it was made the night before and y’all just reheated it up bc ain’t no way, the bread and the chicken ROCK SOLID there’s picturesThe least yall could do is give me sauces like I’ve requested so I can carry on my day making money so I don’t have to eat dry bland and old foodThe sauces would’ve made it better to scarf down! Not even a straw for my strawberry milkshake which was runny but that’s the only good thing out of this, besides the roast beef, again put the sauces in please

This ain’t a great Arby’s. Every time I order there’s ALWAYS something missing. I talked to someone about it and they shrugged me off. I was missing $10+ of food one time wanted to get a refund for the food I was missing and wasn’t helped. As far as opening at 10, they hardly ever have anything ready and most times the lobby is locked until far last 10. And on a few occasions, I’ve gone in the evening and they have started closing early and have sent me away. There are a few very awesome people here, but for the most part it’s just not great.

The service workers taking your order act like they don't want to be there and they are rude and talk shit in Spanish or whatever language they spoke. The drive thru girl at the window was being harassed behind her back by her coworkers. The manager was disrespectful by not giving good service. This place is trashy and deserves only 1 star. I don't recommend this place to eat if you're getting poor quality service.

What the hell is going on here? 0 stars!!! The overhanging light at the drive-through above where you order leaks water inside your car. At the front of the line waited 12 minutes for 4 items. When we finally got the food the fries were old, burnt, and cold, there was hair in one of the burgers, and they forgot to give us our drink! Fire everyone or just close this place down!
