I had purchased fundraiser cards through Fiiz last year. they did have an expiration date at the end of the year but I was told dont worry about that as they will still honor the fundraiser cards since it was purchased and paid for. anyways I went into Fiiz Herriman, as thats where I would go as its by my house, they told me theyve never seen fundraiser cards before and wont honor it. even though thats where I have always gone to use it. Ive only used 3 on it as I just dont get out often so I was excited to get to use it today when I stopped by and was disappointed they wouldnt except it even though Ive paid for it. they actually were quite rude about it and werent even going to give my card back to me. I had to say Ive paid for that card and its mine so you need to give it back to me. anyways, I tried filling out the online contact and it wouldn’t accept anything and said no corporate.
This kid Jack was very nice and respectful and patient when i didn’t know what i wanted, he helped recommend me my new favorite drink! Very kind young man! I’ll definitely come by again!
