5 stars! Fiiz Soda Shop in Herriman is a great place to take the family. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. My kids love the pretzel bites and the Sharks 🦈 In The Water drink, and I can't get enough of their delicious ice. It's the perfect place to cool down on a hot day or to enjoy a sweet treat. We'll definitely be back!

Fiiz used to be my go to. Unfortunately, this location has made it difficult to love Fiiz drinks. The staff is super nice but are unfamiliar with any ongoing promotions. It’s happened twice now where I go in because they’re doing bogo 50% off but I end up pay full price. These things are hard to argue after you’ve already been charged. It is super disappointing… why advertise something just to let your customers down?

I love me some fiiz but this location is not great. The last time I went was really the last straw. The girl who took my order and gave me my drink was very kind but why does it look like someone took a little chug before handing it to me?
Great place when you need a little something sweet and refreshing to cool you down on a hot summer day or warm you up on a cool winter night (their hot chocolate is amazing!)

Very rare that I go to Fizz over Swig or Sodalicious, but I don’t think I’ll be back after this visit. The service was incredibly slow. We waited about 30 minutes and there were only 5 cars in front of us.

I just think it’s very inconsiderate how they have a “Fiiz Bible” sitting on the counter with all their standards and rules because not everyone is religious. I just really wanted to come on here not to hate, but to bring awareness to the problem.
