Delicious food, quick service with a smile. We had the rare beef and brisket pho, ginger chicken (the chunks of fresh ginger were so good), and 2 caramel black milk tea (one with boba). Parking is plentiful, the seating area is clean, and I loved the ocean reef video that played while we were there. Be sure to read alllll the menus before ordering, as there are two on the side walls that I initially missed.
I don’t post reviews very often, but this place deserves a shoutout. The Shaking Beef was the best dish I’ve had in MONTHS. I am not exaggerating. Everything else was good too, but the Shaking Beef blew my socks off.
Everything I’ve had here is really good. I really like the Thai tea and the beef basil stirfry. The lettuce wraps are really good as well

Hi Tea - Vietnamese/Chinese Foods is a restaurant serving Asian dishes. The place is amazing, with great service and very clean. Every single one of the workers is delightful and personable. The food is great, with so many different things to try. Options include Lychee slush, HiMonster, sweet and sour chicken, potstickers, dumplings, general tso chicken, bun bo hue, pho, spring rolls, and boba drinks. The general tso chicken has a nice and thick sauce with great flavor, and the chicken pieces are great. The pho is delicious. There are good choices of milk teas, with a large variety of alternatives to boba topping, and the Strawberry popping boba is a big fan favorite. The Saigon noodle and the Massamun curry are also recommended. However, some items like the Birds nest had rancid noodles and frozen veggies, and the honey walnut shrimp had rancid walnuts. Portion sizes are a bit smaller for the price, but the items on the menu are real good. The restaurant is consistent and quick, never getting orders wrong.
