“I showed up a minute before closing and they insisted they do my order.
The workers Cody, Sofia and sofie (not sure if I’m spelling right) were so cool and they went above and beyond. My wife has baby has our baby #2 some intense cravings haha so this made me look good, it’s little things like this will make you a lifetime customer. Thank you x 100“

“Delicious food, quick service with a smile. We had the rare beef and brisket pho, ginger chicken (the chunks of fresh ginger were so good), and 2 caramel black milk tea (one with boba). Parking is plentiful, the seating area is clean, and I loved the ocean reef video that played while we were there. Be sure to read alllll the menus before ordering, as there are two on the side walls that I initially missed.“

“Kevin was the man! Came thru the drive thru at 7:50 am not realizing they weren’t open yet and he waved me down to drive up and told me they weren’t open til 8:00 am but he was happy to take my order anyways and made my drinks. Super friendly with great service! Thank you Kevin!“

“Ella and Hallie served us and were so welcoming, gave us excellent customer service, and made our experience wonderful! We LOVE Nautical Bowls and drive 30-40 minutes each way just to come eat here! Best Acai bowls in Utah! I wish they would expand!!!“

“The drink I always get is usually good. I have to taste it quick after they hand it to me because sometimes it's a little off and I have to have them redo it. But usually it is good.
Question... You said I got 25 points for answering this survey on March 9. I can't find the 25 points anywhere. Was it supposed to be added to my loyalty balance or where?? Thank you“

“When you step in, it’s like you’re teleported into a dope, dark bar. The coffee’s good (I got The Mozer), the atmosphere is good, and the art… I can’t get enough of it. The walls are covered with interesting pieces and it’s hard to choose what to buy because everything is so beautifully made. Definitely come check this place out.“

“Love this place. Atmosphere is great. They have cute trinkets and stickers for sale inside
They do have a drive thru but in my opinion the inside is way better and definitely gives off cafe vibes. People are usually hanging out inside and on top of all this they have great damn coffee l.“

“Friendly Barista! Great smoothies, frozen Hot Chocolate, teas and of course the best coffee around“

“I have been frequently visiting this place for over two years. This location is - by far the best. I have been to Sugarhouse new and old, Farmington,Orem, Lehi, and Lehi bakery.
I continue to come back to this location for two reasons; one is the customer service that I am greeted with more specifically JIM. And two the location which is the lower of my priorities.
JIM has gone out his way to maintain knowledge of who his customers are and possibly remembers most of their names if they are frequently visiting. He always greets everyone as they enter with a smiling face!
JIM exemplifies the perfect customer oriented attitude that Aubergine needs. I have been a manager of people for over 15 years and if he worked for me, I would immediately consider him for a leadership or training roles as well as promotional pay incentives.“

“Ordered from this place on doordash and loved both of the items I tried - a peanut butter bowl with extra banana and peanut butter drizzle and a make your own mini parfait. The peanut butter chia pudding, coconut whip cream and peanut butter granola were so good! I will definitely be coming here again in the future.“

“I went to boo boba for a little sweet treat because I felt like treating myself and i got some boba. It was honestly the best boba I’ve had in a long time the boba was so fresh and it was freshly handmade. Definitely recommend Boo Boba!“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“Drinks are great and staff is amazing!“

“Got a couple of free sodas from the bees ball game the previous night. They made the process of getting free stuff as painless as possible.
The drinks were delicious as always, although they accidentally gave my wife a heartbreaker instead of a heartthrob that we ordered. Kind of hard to be upset with free stuff though“

“Amazing people serving amazing drinks amazingly fast“

“Love Nina’s Amazing Strong Class and the yummy Nutrition drinks & healthy snacks!!“

“Love Honest Eatery, love the Açaí bowls and the Authentic Toast! Definitely recommend for anyone to visit.“

“Best Dubai chocolate I have found. They use real ingredients, no fillers!“

“My favorite restaurant. The team here is next level. The food is not cheap like fast food but it is fast and their motto is spot on. I never regret this place. I’ve noticed mental fog is non existent with this 🌎🌍🌏 food. Would be nice to have some more vegan options but there are enough for some variety.

Update: both GMs are beautiful humans, the old one and the replacement“

“First time trying, since I live out of state, and it’s the bomb. I am in love. Taste amazing and has so many options of sugar free. Please come to Louisville, Ky. We love our coffee out there.“

“We had an awesome experience at Swig! The drinks were made perfectly, and the service was outstanding. Grant went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, was friendly, fast, and had such a positive attitude. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and he really made our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to see Grant again. Thanks for the great experience!“

“great yummy coffee. friendly staff“

“I get my coffee here pretty often and the lines go by pretty fast. Due to the drop today, the lines were wrapped around the street! I was expecting an hour or more wait but they all kicked it into high gear and was clearing out cars so fast. Not only that, but the drinks were still 100/10. Love this place! Consistent, nice, and always making the best drinks!“

“I love coming here often and they never disappoint, ding tea has a drink for everyone. my favorite is their taro milk tea with sea cream. the atmosphere is amazing as well, its very cozy. I love playing card games with the provided cards. I highly recommend ding tea.“

“I love this Swig! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Even when the drive-thru is packed, they do their best to move everyone through quickly and the wait is never very long. The drive-thru is also super convenient and easy to get through and that is always appreciated!

I wanted to add that I was a bit disappointed on New Year's Eve because the online hours didn't match the actual hours. The online hours said it closed at 9:30 pm and that it was updated with New Year's Eve hours. I got over there at 5:01 pm and there were people in line inside and in he drive-thru, but there was a sign saying they were closed, so I must have just missed it. It's understandable, I just wish it would have been updated online.

Edit: I'm disappointed that they weren't allowed to add the frozen raspberries from the new Boujee drink to any drink. I was told they have a limited stock, so they can only add it to the Boujee drink, but that would be amazing in a Raspberry Dream! I don't know who's in charge of all of that, but please consider adding that ingredient to the menu!!“

“Was a great experience. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and shared the Papas Locas, and both were full of flavor with generous portions. The fresh juice was also very good and went perfectly with the meal. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and I will return to try more traditional Colombian dishes.“

“We love their fresh fruit“

“I just did a regular swig stop today and thought I'd leave a nice review because the girl that helped me was so so nice and she gave the best service despite it being one of her first few shifts! She was so sweet and gave me great recommendations when I couldn't decide what to order. 10/10 recommend coming here for good service!!!“

“I’ve become a regular at this Tropical Smoothie location, and every visit is a great experience. Madi and the entire team are consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming. No matter how busy they are, they always make me feel valued when I come through the drive-thru, and that level of customer service is something you don’t find everywhere.

It’s clear that this team works hard, and their positive attitudes make a difference. I truly appreciate the care, consideration, and genuine kindness they show their customers. Thank you, Madi, and the rest of the staff for always brightening my day and making me feel special. Keep up the amazing work!“

“Awesome fruit drinks Highly recommend!“

“I love this Swig location. the staff are always friendly and helpful.“

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“The workers there are always so friendly and welcoming ❤️ didn’t get any names but if you are the worker that has the little Jesus figure as your favorite thank you for your patience with my family’s very detailed and difficult order you made our night“
