Parking is plentiful, the seating area is clean, and I loved the ocean reef video that played while we were there. Be sure to read alllll the menus before ordering, as there are two on the side walls that I initially missed.“

I was lucky to meet the owners at a business group I go to and they are amazing.. so I had high hopes for their business. This will now be a go to for my family and I! Coffee I've had here has been good and has gotten the job done of keeping me awake. Service is alright.. some days its better than others just make sure to pay attention or stay close to the drop-off counter when its busy because 7/10 times they won't let you know when your coffee is ready.“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. “It’s nice, chill and the tea is yummy! The service was okay. Not very friendly but not rude either. The place is cute with a little bit of wear and tear but still feels cozy and has a lot of charm. “I love this Swig! Everyone is always so kind and helpful. Even when the drive-thru is packed, they do their best to move everyone through quickly and the wait is never very long. The drive-thru is also super convenient and easy to get through and that is always appreciated!

I wanted to add that I was a bit disappointed on New Year's Eve because the online hours didn't match the actual hours. The online hours said it closed at 9:30 pm and that it was updated with New Year's Eve hours. I got over there at 5:01 pm and there were people in line inside and in he drive-thru, but there was a sign saying they were closed, so I must have just missed it. It's understandable, I just wish it would have been updated online.

Edit: I'm disappointed that they weren't allowed to add the frozen raspberries from the new Boujee drink to any drink. I was told they have a limited stock, so they can only add it to the Boujee drink, but that would be amazing in a Raspberry Dream! I don't know who's in charge of all of that, but please consider adding that ingredient to the menu!!“

“When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“Honestly, dutch bros was not my go to coffee spot but this location has been so fantastic it has become my favorite place to grab a drink. I’m not usually a fan of the forced conversation dutch bros seems to expect of all their workers but talking with this group comes naturally and is actually quite enjoyable. Austin (apologies if that’s spelled differently) is AWESOME!! He is fantastic with customer service.
