“Super easy to order online and order was ready by the time promised upon completing the order. Smoothie was a beautiful fuscha color and so yummy! Pricepoint was great considering it was a rare healthy eats option located in a truck stop. The only negative was actually finding the place. The black text on the store front signage was difficult to spot during the daytime. Also there was not noticable signage directing to the little drive thru pickup window, unless you were at the side of the building with the actual window.

I went in to pick up my order because I didn’t want to sit in the line. They apologized “for the wait,” but there literally wasn’t a wait. I ordered, walked inside, my drinks were waiting. “I’ve visited this location many times. Workers are friendly, often seem overwhelmed. They’ve made the wrong item a couple of times. The quality of the smoothies and juices is great, but plan on waiting at least 10 minutes for your order often 15+.“

“All in all a really great experience! My mom and I are from Michigan and this TSC was in the same complex as our hotel and we stopped for dinner on our first night. Lots of healthy and tasty options. I got the thai chicken wrap and a sunrise sunset smoothie and it’s so, so good. Whatever sauce they put on it is magical. The customer service was easily a 10/10 and the staff was so kind. I believe her name was Emily? She was so sweet and kind! If we’re ever back in this area, we will come back!“

Usually something small like leaving the rind when I asked for no rind, but one of the times they used full sugar syrups when I asked for sugar-free. “I ordered a soda, a large popcorn, and a little licious on the app for drive thru pickup. The service was quick. My soda was delicious (my favorite is a my jam). The popcorn though was terrible, almost inedible. It tasted burnt and had black speckles on a lot of it. I asked the employee and she said it was probably because the machine is old and the employees aren't allowed to clean the inside of the popper because they might break it. Get a new machine or don't sell popcorn! (Though I love getting a popcorn with my soda, so I vote new machine.) It was such a disappointment and waste of money. Soda and service: 5 stars. Popcorn: 0 stars.This was my first time at this location. I noticed they have a lobby with seating which is awesome! I will definitely be returning and hoping the popcorn machine gets cleaned thoroughly or replaced.“

I've had Acai Bowls in other smoothie shops and nothing compares to Ivie. They make it perfect every time and accommodate to my substitutions. “When the Orem location opened we thought we would give it a try, it was good except for one problem with my drink. My drink had the fruit flavored popping boba in it, but with just a normal straw you get the squishy membrane before the fruity flavor. I don't know if boba straws were available or not, but if all they have for drinks, especially the ones with boba, is a normal straw, they need to change that. Everything else was pretty good, but boba included drinks need boba straws“

“I love DingTea so much, and this location is my favorite! Today my boyfriend went in and the cute employees remembered him and my order (strawberry milk tea with strawberry jam). My boyfriend also saw that they have a cotton candy machine and tried to get me cotton candy. The machine wasn’t working yet, so one of the cute employees felt bad and gave him a free drink. Seriously the sweetest staff ever and I’m beyond flattered they remember us! The drinks here are also the best; they never disappoint!!“

“I go here all the time. Today they put the wrong soda base in my drink by mistake so I asked if they could remake it with the right soda. As soon as I do that I hear all the girls getting bent out of shape about having to remake it saying that I was the one in the wrong when I already felt bad asking for them to remake it. Then when they handed the new one out the window to me, they had purposely made it wrong. They added ice when I had asked for no ice, they didn’t put in any syrup or creamer. I asked for a diet dew gooder with no ice. I ended up with Mountain Dew with extra ice and a lime. I called after I realized this and the girl on the phone was super nice and gave me a refund as points on my loyalty. This is the only weird experience I’ve ever had here.“

“Coming from California the boba here is not bad! I was rlly craving boba this day, and usually if the boba isn't good I get even more upset, but boo boba was able to satisfy my craving! They actually have quite a selection of drinks, but I just got the house mt. You could taste the tea flavor and the boba was sweet and chewy! I think the price is very affordable and you get what you paid for. It's very spacious and there's even a drive thru!! The workers were very nice and the store seems like a very good hang out spot. There's A LOT of board games on the tables for ppl to play with! Will come again to satisfy my boba craving :)“
