“I have been frequently visiting this place for over two years. This location is - by far the best. I have been to Sugarhouse new and old, Farmington,Orem, Lehi, and Lehi bakery.
I continue to come back to this location for two reasons; one is the customer service that I am greeted with more specifically JIM. And two the location which is the lower of my priorities.
JIM has gone out his way to maintain knowledge of who his customers are and possibly remembers most of their names if they are frequently visiting. He always greets everyone as they enter with a smiling face!
JIM exemplifies the perfect customer oriented attitude that Aubergine needs. I have been a manager of people for over 15 years and if he worked for me, I would immediately consider him for a leadership or training roles as well as promotional pay incentives.“

“I get my coffee here pretty often and the lines go by pretty fast. Due to the drop today, the lines were wrapped around the street! I was expecting an hour or more wait but they all kicked it into high gear and was clearing out cars so fast. Not only that, but the drinks were still 100/10. Love this place! Consistent, nice, and always making the best drinks!“

“I’ve read some of these reviews and sounds like they are just grumpy people. It was my first time trying sodalicous so much options I kinda got sparky and man I must say it was fabulous,employee working he was straight forward and great. Didn’t even take 60 seconds to get my drink right after I ordered. I was actually surprised how fast I got it and it was 24 oz Rootbeer butter brew. “while I LOVE this place = food is fantastic, healthy...delicious etc I appreciated seeing the GREEN straws, made of paper, rather than plastic. however... They use Styrofoam for the smoothies which is may be more of an environmental impact than the straw subject. my other smoothie place, orange peel, doesn't use Styrofoam, So it's possible to avoid! I hope Tropical Smoothie can get away from Styrofoam in the near future.“

“I have been going to this location for over a year and a handful of times they have been out of something so I've had to go elsewhere. I rarely have issues with them, but I got 2 rice crispies yesterday and they weren't mixed well and there was a puddle of marshmallow on the bottom of both of them. Not the best tasting either, but I ate them anyway. Well... I ate one and a half, before feeling something weird in my mouth. Took it out and it looked like a piece of foam like you would find in the soles of your orthopedic shoes. Now I'm thinking of all the places I've gone to for food and drink and what else I might have consumed unknowingly... I'll never get anything other than drinks here from now on.“
