“I have been frequently visiting this place for over two years. This location is - by far the best. I have been to Sugarhouse new and old, Farmington,Orem, Lehi, and Lehi bakery.
I continue to come back to this location for two reasons; one is the customer service that I am greeted with more specifically JIM. And two the location which is the lower of my priorities.
JIM has gone out his way to maintain knowledge of who his customers are and possibly remembers most of their names if they are frequently visiting. He always greets everyone as they enter with a smiling face!
JIM exemplifies the perfect customer oriented attitude that Aubergine needs. I have been a manager of people for over 15 years and if he worked for me, I would immediately consider him for a leadership or training roles as well as promotional pay incentives.“

“I would give this place a 5⭐️ if they were open consistently. Everytime family comes down from Logan it’s closed. No rhyme or reason to it. The food is amazing and we love it. They need to hire more people so the owners can leave sometimes and keep the place open. We have been there several times and they close early because they run out of food. “My wife and I recently moved to the Midvale area. We are now frequent customers of Great India. Tonight we ordered their Great India Special Appetizer, the Garlic Cheese Naan, and an order of Chicken Vindaloo (spicy). The flavor is incredible and the food so fresh. We talked with the owners (yep - locally owned, a big plus) and learned that they prepare the Naan when it's ordered, not heated up from earlier in the day. Its obvious! We couldn't recommend a restaurant more highly. Really one our favorites.“

I do wish they'd have an option on door dash to hold jalapenos and add other ingredients, like king crab and fish eggs. people would pay extra. I would! “Love the food here and the servers are great but after being here for an hour, the manager actually came to our table and told us to leave. Said the wait list is long and we can go to the lobby to socialize. By the way the lobby was nearly empty. We asked to talk to the manager, he said he was it and when we asked if he was serious, he chuckled and said yes. We even left an extra $20 for the server because we knew we’d be here longer. We are a paying table. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant - this is not how you treat your customers. Not a good practice to get people to come back. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!“
