This is my first time to ever try Beans and Brews. I live in Iowa and love great coffee. I walked in and the place was super busy. I stood at the counter for 5 mins or so. The two young ladies were running around doing the best they could. They both apologized for my wait. I overheard one of them saying their 8am employee was a no show. I always come in for a little bit every week after work and it's always a pleasure to order from Genna, Maddy and Josie! Drinks are always made well and it gives me such a spark of happiness to come in!

They make great coffees but the employees don't seem happy and they don't smile. It makes them appear as they're not friendly. I asked about the yearly entry for free coffee and the barista said "I know nothing about that, I didn't even know they did that"
