We were there about 7 on a Thursday night. It was packed, but we got seated immediately. Waiter brought chips and salsa within just a couple of minutes and was very attentive. Got our orders in and food came surprisingly fast. It was hot and fresh and delicious. I was blown away by how fast and efficient everything was especially considering how busy they were. Sometimes portion of beans and rice or with question. We were in SLC for a few days from Arizona and were hungry for Mexican. Mi Ranchito was highly rated, so we headed over at mid-afternoon. Immediately struck with how clean and inviting the dining area is. Friendly greeting, awesome service, and really delicious food. I loved the Carnitas Michoacanas. Good quality protein and fresh vegetables. Our server Nyrobis was pleasant, very helpful, and attentive.
