Horrible staff, ordered food was asked to pull around, watched multiple employees playing around outside with friends and after 35 minutes pulled back through the drive Thru to get a refund. Food hadn't even been started. Have fun at work but get your job done first. Would give Zero starts if possible

We've been going to this KFC weekly and today when we showed up again the sweet young man that is a manager there greeted us with our usual order and already had our cups of ice water waiting for us. Just the thought that he remembered but actually had it all ready was so very kind! Great customer service and a nice KFC! We need more kindness like this in our world today! Thank you for making our day.

To start the people were super friendly but the execution of food and accuracy failed miserably. The didn’t put in the pot pie, the country fried steak was more like a limp patty and was not pleasant to eat. My daughter’s chicken bowl had barely any chicken and it was just all old breading and she just threw it away. The biscuits were hockey pucks. It looks like this place is back in the garbage can like it was a while ago. Never again for our family. This is like the third time we have gotten horrible food

If you are craving KFC definitely drive out to this location in Herriman. One of the cleanest I’ve been into in a very long time. Bright and airy .. with lots of seating both near and away from windows. Employees are pleasant. My food was made fresh and served hot. Nashville Hot Tenders are a favorite.
