Great service but the food :( the Kalua Pig was the saltiest pork I have ever eaten it was so salty I could eat it. And the katsu chicken was so unflavored and bland. Talk with the cooks not a good job

Food was ready when I arrived and guy that helped me at the window was awesome. He smiled and was very cordial. I didn't get his name but he is a great employee.

We have been Mo Bettah fans for years but the last 3 times we've visited this location they have gotten our drive-thru order wrong in multiple different ways despite it showing correctly on our receipt every time. Extremely frustrating when you arrive home and see that plates are wrong or just completely missing items multiple times in a row. We have only had only 1 plate made correctly to order in the last 3 visits. Friendly staff but a serious lack of checking orders. I'm patient but not that patient.

Cook your chicken longer! It’s always still raw! Turn the heat up on the hot aisles, nobody wants cold food,,,, ever since the expansion of the company it’s all been bad, I use to like the food, now it sucks. Do better.

We love the food, its always been great, but I wanted to leave a review about their customer service specifically. There was a miscommunication on the order (not the stores fault) and we didn't realize until we got home. My daughter called the store and they were not only incredibly nice about it, they solved it immediately. They even answered the phone quickly and nobody put her on hold, that alone would have been impressive. Big fan.

I've loved the food from Mo' Bettahs for a long time, and this is the best location! Food has always been fresh, the employees and servers helpful and cheerful, and kept very clean.

If you are open until 10pm - you serve food until 10pm. You don’t tell me that your grilled just put in some chicken that people are waiting for and he doesn’t want to cook more…that or adjust your hours to 9:45. Drove 100feet south and Panda Express was happy to prepare fresh hot food. Bye bye Mo - you are far from bettah….
