I was picking up an order, which was in his fridge for 30 minutes, and it took 30 more minutes to deliver it, an hour waiting, when they finally do it the ZAC boy literally threw them in my face, I returned them, it is understandable that there is a lot of work and they get stressed, but it is not the attitude, very disappointing, I will definitely not buy here again

we just ordered/ate a Big New Yorker pizza, it was absolutely the worst! the pic you see on their website is a lie! there was no visible cheese, taste like it was under a hot lamp for hours, dry as a bone, un-edible!

$80.00 for 2 large pizzas ($26 for stuffed crust?!) And two sides (brownies and breadsticks just to wait over an hour and a half for delivery. Not worth the price. Disappointing.
EDIT!: I never received my order. I called and asked for a status on my order and was put on hold for 18 minutes then hung up on. I called back and was told my order is in the system but they aren't able to give me any ETA of delivery. I attempted to call back at the 3.5 hour mark to just cancel my order and get a refund, no one answered my call again and the phone would automatically disconnect.

I'm so disappointed because I used to love Pizza Hut. Their service and quality have hit rock bottom, especially with this location. I did a future order hours before it should have been done and they lost my order and the store itself was extremely backed up because they have no employees. I think this will be the last time I eat Pizza Hut. **Edit: I did want to mention that the food was actually pretty good.

Pizza is great. Delivery service through DoorDash has gotten significantly worse recently. Not sure what the deal is but it's making us start to reconsider whether we should continue ordering from Pizza Hut.

Incorrect order delivery. Dasher just leaves and keeps delivering other orders. Call in, 3 transfers to get to someone who knows what's happening with the order. Food has now been sitting for over an hour.

I was disappointed that Pizza Hut does not give you red pepper packets any longer. They make you pay for a red pepper shaker. That’s like going to a restaurant and having to pay extra for the salad dressing on a salad.

I threw it in the garbage. The quality has gone completely bad ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ it taste like the dough has been sitting out for months. The pizza had so little sauce, cheese any toppings Pizza Hut used to be my favorite chain 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 not anymore The Papa Johns in Riverton I don't care when I order everything always taste the same every single time they have consistency and you can taste the quality in the pizza 🍕 🤤🤤🤤🤤
