I was disappointed that Pizza Hut does not give you red pepper packets any longer. They make you pay for a red pepper shaker. That’s like going to a restaurant and having to pay extra for the salad dressing on a salad.

I threw it in the garbage. The quality has gone completely bad ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ it taste like the dough has been sitting out for months. The pizza had so little sauce, cheese any toppings Pizza Hut used to be my favorite chain 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 not anymore The Papa Johns in Riverton I don't care when I order everything always taste the same every single time they have consistency and you can taste the quality in the pizza 🍕 🤤🤤🤤🤤

I apologize for my rating but very bad attention from the boy who is here today July 11, 20024 he is always in a bad mood and incidentally he gets upset because people call him attention. I came for my order and he gave me the one that wasn't when I got home It was because I realized and I came back to make the complaint and he was upset. They should change that character.

Placed an order at this herriman/riverton location and received a notification that the food was picked up and on its way! An hour later, food still hasn't arrived, so I called Pizza Hut to see if they knew where my pizza was, and the manager Stephanie started giving me attitude for no reason. She was very rude and disrespectful and just didn't care to help me out and so I told her, "Let me speak your boss," and she hung up on me. Called again and she said I know it's you, stop calling I'm busy! No customer care nor courtesy for a customer!

The manager Stephanie was very rude, I placed an order for delivery and simply asked for my reimbursement since she gave my food to somebody that never made the delivery and she was complaining about how she had to remake the whole thing so the reimbursement were to be 2$ instead of 4$. It shouldn’t have had to become a big issue but sadly it was due to the customer service that I received throughout my whole process of trying to simply get my reimbursement for a fee I was charged for no reason.
