Service is ABSOLUTELY awful my wife and I were completely invisible . Wasn’t busy at ALL….. then we moved from a table to the bar…… waited and waited…… and waited. Then 15 min later were ask if we have been helped…… Food is AWFUL! I gave this please 3 try’s and 3rd time was a complete disappointment. Then we went downstairs bar. After ordering the exact same round of drinks (2 ) drinks at a time the price was different each time! After asking the bartender what’s the deal she proceeded to explain the different vodkas that were “served” but I watched her make the drink and I was definitely not served or ordered the upgraded Drink. She poored the same well vodka 3 times but chantged me 2 dollars ? more each round of drinks….. what a CROOK! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to something better.

Overpriced for what it is. Service was fine, but towards the end our table was kind of neglected. If you’re already in your car and willing to drive a bit further you’re probably better off going somewhere else. You can have a much better experience for the same price. They seem to be doing well as a business because there isn’t much competition around.

Redemption Bar & Grill left a bad taste in my mouth. They tell patrons that it's a $10 cover charge to see the band. Then they make you scan a QR code to buy a "ticket". After a ridiculous fee and tax it's $13.35 per person. Talk about feeling taken. No thanks.
I highly recommend this place to everyone who enjoys great tasting food and drinks!!!!! This was my wife and I first time going and it came highly recommended to myself for a great time, The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were delicious. And the atmosphere was just very chill and the music was great love the fact that it has two different levels, and the top level is also converted into an outdoor area. I’m sure more during the summer time, but even though we went during the winter time it was still a great experience being up on the second level. I would like to give a HUGE shout out to our server Bryce he was so polite and extremely attentive even though he was busy, he still made the time to check in on us and make sure that we were being taken care of. I would definitely give Bryce a five out of five stars as well. Thank you for a great experience!!!!
