Service is great if Shaden is taking your order and making your sandwiches. He is very professional, kind, and knows how to make the perfect sandwich. He is definitely manager material, he deserves a promotion/raise! Great customer service!

Waited 20 and 30 minutes for an order that I did through the drive-thru Then went in and was told that I drove off (even though they said they would call me) and had to wait for them to actually make the sandwiches. I wasn't able to get all the veggies I wanted either because most were bad looking.

Service is bad. I told the lady I had a coupon, she ignored me handing it to her and had me swipe my card, I then asked if she entered the coupon to which she replied “oh, no”…then I asked so no coupon? And she said “no”..what the heck?

I ordered a wrap today. I guess these come on flatbread now? The lady making told me as she’s wrapping it up “oh and just so you know, this bread gets hard K” LOL - What? Fix it then? No, she gave it to me and I paid $17. she was too grumpy to feel comfortable asking for a new meal. As a former Subway employee, this bread does not “just get hard” when you toast it smh.

Localfluence inspired us to come to this location. We walked over from the Vasa for a bogo deal! The restaurant was clean, bright, and inviting. There are places to charge your devices if needed. Service was great and their team was really friendly. The sandwiches were tasty. Highly recommend. There is a drive thru and the restaurant itself is accessible.

This subway sucksThe guy who gaved us our sandwiches was bleeding. So when we received our food we threw away because it was SO unsanitary.Prior to that our sandwiches were wrong and sloppy made.I have been here 3 times and the service and food just sucks. I recommend going to a different subway

First order at the Herriman Subway, how disappointing. Having gone to several in Utah, this is the worse I’ve been to. The bread was like a rock on the ends, could not eat! This was a mobile order. I asked for less onions, they put more. I asked for more pickles and olives, there were about 5-10 of each for the whole footlong. We will not returning.

Looking at past reviews it seems we all have the same issue. People who work here don’t care or haven’t been trained to follow instructions and make sure order is right. Came through drive through tonight. Gave me the wrong chips, sandwich has no veggies I asked for and looks like it was smashed. Not only that they couldn’t bother wrapping it up correctly with the bread falling out. Please train your employees better.
