It’s Friday night Jan 9, 2026, we pulled up right before close, the worker was so genuinely kind, not upset and willing to help. Wish there were more people that understood customer service like this young man did.

I go in to my regular subway expecting to pay what I normally do, the lady then informs me that even though it’s never happened before in all my years of going, I had to pay extra for two slices of cheese I then brought up that I’d like her to put more the two slices since she was charging me extra she then proceeded to tell me it would be double if I wanted more then two slices. Then expected a tip? 0/10 experience get new workers.

Everyone here is so nice and it’s always clean and tastes amazing. I picked up my order really late and the nice manager made me a new sandwich so that it wouldn’t be cold. They are all so awesome!

This place has degraded with the new employes, the choices to add were very slim, the sandwiches barely hot and the employes were more focused on going in the backroom than getting my order right. This was i.portant to 2 autistic boys that they treated shakily, did not listen to my order and instead of applying the specials like I asked, the order costed me over 50$ for 3 sandwich I was charged twice for sodas instead of them giving the combo asked with the happy Gilmore cups.. that place used to be good now it's a sham. It was also not clean, the few tables available to sit on in store were dirty. The trash was full. I'm never going back there. At this point gas station food is better and cleaner.

Service is great if Shaden is taking your order and making your sandwiches. He is very professional, kind, and knows how to make the perfect sandwich. He is definitely manager material, he deserves a promotion/raise! Great customer service!

Waited 20 and 30 minutes for an order that I did through the drive-thru Then went in and was told that I drove off (even though they said they would call me) and had to wait for them to actually make the sandwiches. I wasn't able to get all the veggies I wanted either because most were bad looking.

Service is bad. I told the lady I had a coupon, she ignored me handing it to her and had me swipe my card, I then asked if she entered the coupon to which she replied “oh, no”…then I asked so no coupon? And she said “no”..what the heck?

I ordered a wrap today. I guess these come on flatbread now? The lady making told me as she’s wrapping it up “oh and just so you know, this bread gets hard K” LOL - What? Fix it then? No, she gave it to me and I paid $17. she was too grumpy to feel comfortable asking for a new meal. As a former Subway employee, this bread does not “just get hard” when you toast it smh.
