“This is a compliment for your Little Ceasar’s store located at 5374 W 11000 N, Highland, UT 84003. My family and I have patronized your location since we moved to the area in 2021. At about 5:20pm - 5:25pm Mountain Time on August 4, 2025, I picked up my order. I was getting food for my children after we had all learned some devastating family news. You had a young man working at the counter who was kind, helpful, and engaged with my four-year-old daughter by smiling and giving her a bag of one of your cookies. I can’t tell you how much those small gestures meant after a particularly sad day, but it was a lot. Thank you for fostering a workplace like that; your restaurant is now our official pizza place. Unfortunately, I missed your employee’s name, but he is great.“

“I have been a few times and really like this place. I've had a coworker specifically ask me to take him back to this place. It is hard to find a good thin and crispy pizza crust and this place has it. Pizza at most places are all flop. The flavors are great and unique and I'm craving this place again now. I'll definitely be coming back.“

“Food is consistently awesome, I always stop here at least once when I'm visiting family. Service is always prompt, and orders are always made accurately, I've never had an issue with messed up orders here. All of their wing sauces are amazing, you can't go wrong, we always do the lunch special which is an awesome deal, and some of our favorite flavors are the teriyaki, XX garlic, and Parmesan. Love this place and always recommend it.“

“I like this location. They work hard and the delivery drivers are nice. The orders are usually made right and they are quick to fix any that aren't. I think they're struggling with staffing ever since the pandemic, so ordering availability is super spotty.“

“Tanner is a superstar! Her work ethics, attention to detail, and her inviting and genuine smile keep me coming back! Peirce is also a great bartender and waiter! Unfortunately when I come in and see Journey I want to turn around and leave. Last time I came in I waited at the bar for 15 minutes and almost left. Then Journey came around the corner. Instantly I knew I was gonna have bad service until Tanner showed up. Then another employee came in clocked in then just sat down with her friends. Weird. I really hope the owner knows what a valuable employee Tanner and Peirce are.“

“I got the apple bbq wings in the 11 wing combo-- the wings are amazing, the apple bbq sauce is surprisingly good, and the curly fries are good too. I even got an extra wing, and most of the wings are bigger than what you usually get at other, wilder, wing shops. I'll definitely be back!“

“I ordered from the Pleasant Grove WingStop tonight for delivery on their app and never received my order from DoorDash. I called WingStop and they remade my order and refunded me the tip and other delivery fees. They even offered me a free brownie or soda. Their customer service is amazing as is their food! Highly recommended!“

“I don’t usually do reviews but after lunch today I just had to. This was probably the absolute best wing stop experience I’ve ever had. Wings were seasoned to perfection, fries were super crispy and delicious and the service was top notch! The gentlemen working today deserve a raise!!! I will absolutely eat at this location for lunch again next chance I get.“

“I've ordered from this location for years now. They have not messed up my order once until tonight. I ordered and paid for a large pizza and they delivered a medium one. I called to let them know. Their phones are pretty bad but once the person on the other end understood what I was saying they promptly made the pizza that I ordered and delivered it.

This has to be one of the only pizza places that I have ordered from that has just corrected issues instead of trying to make the customer drive to the store after delivery has already been paid for or I'll just put a credit on your account or those scams. Issues happen and people make mistakes but it was a breath of fresh air for these guys to just fix the issue.
