Mid. The matcha had way too much milk and the s’mores brownie was dry

Good drinks, OK food, high prices, slow service, predictable coffee house atmosphere.

My local coffee shop. I almost don't want to give it too glowing a review because I don't want it to get any more popular than it already is, but it deserves the hype.
Parking is available behind the restaurant on a little parking garage looking thing.

My black coffee had an excessive amount of grounds lingering at the bottom of my class, indicating a bad filter. Also, to be frank, my coffee tasted like muddie water rather than coffee. Very disappointing visit. 2/10

I come here a lot but really wish they took their coffee craft more seriously. Baristas have no clue and need much better training. Cappuccinos from 3cups pale in comparison to other local shops like Publik or Three Pines.
This is my favorite spot in Utah for coffee. The quality of product is incredible every single time. If it wasn’t reason enough to come for the espresso, I would come for the employees. Every single one of the employees knows me by name and asks about specific details in my life that I would expect other people to forget. I’m always greeted with kindness and compassion, which is a hard thing to find. It doesn’t matter if they woke up early for a shift or are working their other job the same day, they always make sure to create a comforting environment that has kept me coming back for the past two years. I don’t have a shortage of kind things to say about the people at three cups, but I am so thankful to the staff and the quality of beans they consistently provide.

Customer service has really declined! If you don’t tip, it feels like they take two hours to make your coffee. There shouldn’t be a tipping option when you’re not receiving table service!

If you enjoy paying $7+ for a simple 12oz iced latte with oat milk and then being asked to tip $1-$3 on top of that, this is the place for you! The Java Jo's down the street has better coffee and you can get a 16oz iced specialty drink + alternative milk + 15% tip for less than the base price of a tiny sub-par latte at 3 Cups before tip.

My favorite. I love this place.
We’ve been 2, maybe 3 times. The coffee and snacks are good, the employees are nice, and the vibe is generally great!
The service can be scattered and slow though. While everyone is nice we have waited 15 minutes for a drip coffee that was just forgotten about twice.

Not too friendly, very slow, and the coffee is incredibly third rate.
