“Saw this place while driving by and decided to stop in for a bagel. I got the sausage, egg and cheese and my husband got the bacon. Both were delicious. Perfect texture with the right amount of chewiness and the toppings were great as well. Nice ambience and friendly staff! I even got to sample a cookie. Will be back!“

“so i don’t typically leave reviews for places but the experience i had today was so positive that i had to share. i ordered lunch for pickup this afternoon and was late with arriving due to personal instances (relevant i promise) and i received a phone call from a very kind person letting me know my order was ready. i was flustered in the moment due to my situation and quickly made up that i was lost getting to their downtown slc location and he immediately went into assistance mode, giving me directions while assuring my order will be kept until i arrived and it was exactly the human interaction from a kind stranger i didn’t know i needed until it happened. i arrived quickly thereafter and i presume it was the same person who handed me my order was the one who called me and his in person kindness matched his over the phone kindness. every time i’ve come here its been nothing short of exceptional customer service and if not most importantly - the food is ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. the buffalo chicken and turkey bacon wraps are to die for and breakfast sandwiches slap too i swear it. also i’m just now remembering i ordered 2 sandwiches for 2 people but i didn’t order 2 bags of chips cause i’m trying to save money and before leaving out the door with my order, he added ANOTHER bag of chips in to my bag because there was already chips in my bag (crying) thank you for being such wonderful people and for being part of our wonderful salt lake city community!“

Updating to say I also was missing the cream cheese on my order, so I went back to the store to get it. Cashier promised she put it in, but she let me grab a new one and did reconcile the bagel situation (blamed the slicer for the issue - understandable). However, frustrating to drive all the way back, and she was insistent nothing was her fault. Oh well!

Updating once again to say Einstein's corporate did reimburse me for the experience, and I will give the 15th and 15th location another chance.“
