“Deep in the mystical woods of Holladay, I followed a trail of sesame seeds laid out by what I can only assume was a carb-craving leprechaun, straight to Rich’s Bagels!

It’s a golden circle of joy at the end of the 🌈 rainbow🌈!

As I stepped inside, the scent of freshly toasted dough and cream cheese whispered secrets of breakfast past, and I swear a poppyseed bagel winked at me.

I ordered the jalapeño cheddar bagel, and it bit back harder than my ex on taco night, but I liked it. Grrrrr!

Every bite was like unlocking a new level of edible treasure, doughlightful, holey goodness with schmear magic. As I sat there, crying softly into my cinnamon sugar bagel and hearing the raisins on my wife’s bagel speak my name with Hispanic accent… I had to wonder—have I finally lost my mind, or just found the perfect bagel?🥯“

“I had a fantastic experience working with the owner, Robb, to design a catering order for a lunch with 45 people. Robb communicated with me to work within my budget while still making sure we got the foods we were most excited to have on the menu. Robb and Olivia even made a custom salad for my wife who loves eating artichoke hearts! We got a great value for the quality of the food and could not be more satisfied with the overall experience. I definitely hope to have Bagel Project cater a future event for us!“

“The bagels here are amazing… But the pizza is even better. NY style thin crust with options for pepperoni, cheese, tomato and a white pie. The ranch is also some of the best I’ve ever had.

Admittedly, I haven’t tried the salad or dessert options so I’ll update this review later when I do but this is seriously the best pizza I’ve had in SLC. I don’t think anything comes in as a close 2nd either….

I’ve been twice in 5 days after trying it for the first time this week. It’s that good.

Just keep in mind pizzas only available Wednesday - Friday. Seating is enough but it’s first come first serve, I prefer to order online and pickup.

“While visiting SLC I was craving Bagel with lux and cream cheese. Quick google search got me to this little charming spot. Bagel was so good. The stuff was great there and overall I love this place. They have variety of bagels and sandwiches. Definitely recommend to check this place out!“

“I arrived to pick up my catered order at 6.50am and found it wasn't ready, and I was a bit disappointed. But while I waited, I learned they were behind because they'd had been there since before 4am completing a 300-lunch order before all of ours. So the fact that they were only about 10 minutes behind was amazing. And then I learned the manager was in coordinating all of this despite a personal tragedy the day before. Kudos to Pinky for showing true leadership at such a moment, and helping her team through a crazy morning on game day.❤️‍🩹“
