I just waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru. When I finally got my drink, it tasted like old, burnt coffee that had been sitting for hours. This place used to be good, but the quality and service have really gone downhill. Definitely not worth the wait anymore.

I asked for a chai latte with oat milk and strawberry flavor and they gave me hot water with chai and strawberry and a splash of oat milk. Not sure if they have new employees or what but it wasn’t very great, super watery and disappointing to pay $8 for. It’s frustrating because if I’m on the go I can’t go back to have it fixed. I usually love coming here but it was super disappointing to pay that much money for a bad drink
