We have been driving by Madrid for years, and have always been curious, so we took the leap and now we're kicking ourselves for not coming in sooner! The food was amazing, the service was friendly and efficient. Such a lovely experience, will definitely be back.

The double cut Iberian pork chop is a favorite...unless we're having the filet, or tons of tapas

Overall, it was a great experience. The only thing that could be improved was the seating. We got there early, before our reservation and ended up waiting until 25 minutes after our reservation to be seated. The restaurant was not full by any means and different service staff kept saying they would go get our table ready and then no one ever came back. it was quite strange actually. And we felt like we were being ignored.

We went for an early brunch and the dining room was quiet, service was excellent and the food was very tasty. I found the prices to be quite reasonable and felt like we could really enjoy a relaxing family meal.

We spent 3 hours total in that restaurant last night waited beyond long for our courses to be given and our waiter literally did not return half way through the meal. No apologies no complimentary anything for the long waits. When asking an employee where the waiter was they sis sit been along night. She sent over a server who wasn't ours and then said it will be at least another 30 minutes before we bring out your dessert you might as well get it to go. Expensive night for horrible experience.

Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. We ate on Christmas Eve, and with a reservation in advance, there no mention or communication of the only option being $110 prix fixe menu - very overpriced and we would have gone elsewhere if we knew that in advance. The menu said 5 courses - we only got 4, they tried to pass off “sorbet” as a course in between salad and entree. Lol. The food portions were incredibly small, and the food itself was bad or sad (eg “lobster bisque” had no lobster, only shrimp. Cost cutting I'm sure!) . Finally, the service struggled significantly. I feel for those who have to work on holidays, but this wasn't even close to a $110 experience. It seemed like everyone's first day on the job.

It was an amazing evening. We were not aware of the limited holiday menu but it turned out great. The service was so good and welcoming. The place was decorated so beautiful for the holidays. It was perfect.

Consistently excellent food every time I've dined here. Had the octopus tapas(a personal favorite), the pappardelle shrimp pasta, and a shrimp and scallop dish. I felt like they were checking up on us a little too often as I was nursing my octopus plate before the main dishes arrived and was asked at least 3-4 times if they could take it away. Other than that it was an amazing meal

I have loved Cafe Madrid for years, but feel the quality of service and food has greatly decreased.

Restaurant has changed a lot and waiters were dressed like casual sporty. Not serious. Food was not as good as before. Tortits espanola was huge and dont have several typical Spanish food like before.

We were celebrating our anniversary and had great meals. The maître D' had awesome wine recommendations for the Seabass and leg of lamb. During our visit this time, it seemed we were rushed during the service. Usually, we enjoy a couple of hours; appetizer, entrees and dessert. We were done within an hour and 15. With that said, I would still recommend the restaurant for good food,

Wonderful place to spend time with friends. The lasagne was so delicious and the best we have tasted. The dining room has lovely decor and colorful artwork on the walls.

Have been to Cafe Madrid several times and it always shows up as an exceptional experience. The atmosphere and staff are outstanding and the food is always excellent. The food is always outstanding from the bread and salads to croquettes and other appetizers to the mouthwatering pork chop, seafood and my favorite meal the lasagna. It is a perfect date night spot or just a fun and relaxing meal.

The most underrated brunch spot! The patio is beautiful, has classical music playing quietly along with a small fountain for ambiance. Diego was our server and was so nice, attentive and accommodating! The food and drinks were very reasonably priced and everything tasted delicious. They have the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had! Will definitely be returning.

I adore Cafe Madrid. The tapas are varied and authentic, and entrees and wine choices on point. As a lover and frequent visitor to Spain, I am delighted to visit Cafe Madrid as often as I can. We always have special meals here. Also, the service and expertise of Andrei and others is impeccable.
