I just tried my first trial with Fed Up and I’m seriously impressed! The food is fresh, flavorful, and satisfying — which can be hit or miss with healthy options, but they really nailed it. The pickup process was smooth, and the employee helping me was super friendly. The shop itself is clean and well-organized. Overall, a great first experience!

What is there not to love about Fed Up Kitchen!!! I pick up twice a week fresh delicious meals and it’s helping me reach my protein intake daily! I use my protein muffin as my pre workout and energy bites for my mid day car snack. I’m so glad I have decided to invest in me and my body. Fed up is the best meal prep service out there. Every part of the process is easy and delicious. It’s easy to order, easy to pick up, and the food is great. It’s healthy but delicious so it doesn’t feel like a sacrifice and the variety makes sure you don’t get bored. Whether you’re looking for help meal prepping or need some assistance getting through a busy period at work while making sure you still eat well, fed up is absolutely the right choice.

My husband and I have been using Fed Up for a few months now, we legitimately haven’t cooked regular meals since sometime in May! We cannot say enough good things about Fed Up, it has made our lives so much easier.. less food waste, less time cooking/shopping, no messes. But what we love most are the amazing macros and the delicious, fresh meals. I’ve seen an increase in muscle and increased strength in the gym. We can’t imagine going back to our old ways!
