Fed up is the best meal prep service out there. Every part of the process is easy and delicious. It’s easy to order, easy to pick up, and the food is great. It’s healthy but delicious so it doesn’t feel like a sacrifice and the variety makes sure you don’t get bored. Whether you’re looking for help meal prepping or need some assistance getting through a busy period at work while making sure you still eat well, fed up is absolutely the right choice.

My husband and I have been using Fed Up for a few months now, we legitimately haven’t cooked regular meals since sometime in May! We cannot say enough good things about Fed Up, it has made our lives so much easier.. less food waste, less time cooking/shopping, no messes. But what we love most are the amazing macros and the delicious, fresh meals. I’ve seen an increase in muscle and increased strength in the gym. We can’t imagine going back to our old ways!

I tried their free meal offer and was shocked by how much I loved it! I have since placed several orders and I am obsessed with the convenience and taste. I’m super picky with reheated food but their meals taste so fresh and homemade. All the treats are amazing too. They make it extremely easy to eat healthy and I have told everyone I know to try them!

The variety, the zero prep, the flexibility, and the weird feeling of being healthy eating good tasty food is unbeatable. Other meal prep services give you the ingredients. They give you the full meal all ready to go.Got a trial a while ago and ended up buying 2 full packages. Working out is good. Working out and eating is way way better.

I love this meal plan service. It's saved me so much time and energy every week, it fits within my diet restrictions, the owners have been extremely responsive and accommodating, and the price is worth it

Dietary restrictions: Their menu is 90% gluten free, with the option to be 100% gluten free, minimal dairy utilized (cottage cheese and Greek yogurt), their menu has variety. This is not a vegetarian friendly or vegan friendly menu

My husband & I have been doing the meals for about 6 weeks. We have loved the convenience of not having to think of what to make during the week. It’s so nice to know everything is healthy & that we won’t be over eating/eating over our calories for the day. It’s been really nice to stay on track during th holidays as well.We highly recommend ordering the muffins & cookies as well. Holly has been so easy to communicate with regarding dietary restrictions as well: I never worry if my meals are going to have something that will cause a reaction!

I love everything about this location and this team. The meals are excellent, but their customer service is even better. We had one mixup of communication on an order and they went way overboard to fix it—without me even asking them to! So, great team, great location, great product.

I was excited to try this. My co-worker had signed up and gave me a few meals to try. My prepared meals were nothing more than unimaginative use of ground turkey and ground chicken - that’s it, no fruits or veggies. The burrito was only chicken wrapped in a plain tortilla - no other ingredients. I ate 2 meals and was I’ll after both. Recommend avoiding at all costs.
