This location is perfect, we went to have breakfast with my family, everything was excellent, the server was very attentive, friendly, very good service. The manager also gave us a good service I recommend that you visit this IHOP located in highland dr.

How is this place still in business? We walked in and there was one other customer in the restaurant. We thought the food would be out quickly but we waited about 30 minutes for 3 kids meals and some eggs Benedict. The waitress was nice about getting the kids some things to play with, but didn’t update us on our food at all. The Benedict’s were over cooked and very dry. We walked out feeling like we seriously overpaid for the quality of the meal and not wanting to go back.

I used to love IHOP. My main reason for going to this restaurant was for the GF pancakes. Apparently, even though they are on the online menu, they no longer serve them at this location. I ordered the 2x2x2 meal. They didn't tell me about the pancakes until they were bringing my son's meal out. Then she just wanted to give me only 2 eggs and 2 bacon for $10. Ummm, no. especially when this was their mistake. Since the food was being served, I just asked to quickly replace pancakes with hash browns. When the bill came, I was billed for the GF pancakes. I complained and was told because I substituted the hash browns I got an extra charge. And. not my fault for the sudden change. I asked for the manager and while they wouldn't take off the GF pancakes charge (no idea why) they did take off a drink. Weird, but ok.
The food is just ok. I had to drive by several other places to get the GF pancakes, which I didn't get. So, it's unlikely I will be returning anytime soon.

Marciano was our server and he had great people skills and met all our table of twelve needs. He was on top of keeping everyone’s drinks filled and checking in if we needed anything all throughout our time there

The food was so bad lol, I didn't order anything but tried a few things others ordered. Toast, eggs, hash browns, etc. The bread is fake low quality American pre sliced bread. The eggs were okay. The hash browns were inedible for our whole crew, but we make good ones at home from frozen so I guess it maybe isn't fair. We aren't sure how they can do worse than that. Somehow from powder or something? IDK.
Service was fine, the lady was nice but she had a ton of tables. So she seemed slightly overwhelmed.
A good reminder as to why I don't eat at IHOP anymore, but if you have no other options or don't care about quality of food/ingredients than okay, fair game.

Definitely a nice IHOP. Not every crowded probably because it’s in a little secluded spot not super visible on the road. But that’s a plus! Hardly ever have to wait. Reliably good IHOP friendly service. Desiree was a very sweet waitress and we enjoyed our dinner here!

Kid-friendliness: My toddler loved IHOP. She enjoys the variety of options and it’s always a hit!
Ashley was so help we had some very hard to please children. She delighted them with references to unicorns and special water. She was as efficient and quite adorable.

My mom and we had amazing food and the best service I’ve had in a very long time. Mom ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette it was delicious she loved it. I had the breakfast sampler the eggs were perfect. Ashley was our server she was awesome, she brought what we needed before we even asked. If you want good food and great service go to IHOP in Holladay
