Been here three times during business hours when the open sign is on and employees ignore us in the drive thru. They also have the lobby closed and locked.
Had an employee turn us away 45 minutes before close because he was “closing up”.
I’d be soooo embarrassed if I was the owner of this location
Ordered drinks at 9am and picked up at 11am with one of the drinks looking like chocolate milk asked for a remake and was told we had to wait because she is helping other customers. I’m sorry, but ordered at 9am. Customer service sucks!
Ive been a Jamba Juice fan for many years, even when they went by Zuka Juice until they merged and became Jamba Juice.
This was my second time coming to this franchise and just 🗑️ again.
-1st time i went inside they said I had no points on my account smh 🤦♀️ false- i did. Their solution was go through our drive thru…. Like what the drive thru has a different system? Smh idiotic. I left and went to another location and guess what? MY POINTS WHERE THERE. Maybe they don’t like customers that have points. Since its a franchise maybe they don’t get paid for promotions etc
I went today 07/07/25 @ 4 pm as you can see Jamba has WEEKLY specials on the app and perhaps you need to educate and train your staff. This weeks special was BOGO -buy one get one free-
I showed them the email, showed them my bar code, the app, gave them my number and they said “you don’t have enough points” 🤦♀️ I explained it to them, their solution again was “go through the drive thru.”
I left, and guess what? Went to another location this time the Taylorsville Utah location I even attached the receipt and guess what? I gave them my number and knew about the BOGO. 🤦♀️
I will no longer ever go to the VanWinkle location, no wonder every time I pass it’s always dead. After seeing the other reviews their google score now ALL makes sense.
I will be reporting this location to Jamba Juice.

Great smoothies and bowls. Friendly staff. But this place has gotten super pricey. Would love if this location had an Auntie Anne’s Pretzels like other locations.

pulled up to the drive thru window, wasn’t greeted for probably 5-7 minutes. blonde girl with the tattoos barely said anything, took my card, and tipped herself. i declined needing a receipt but my total was $20 and my banking showed a tip added. teach your employees how to greet first and request patience if they’re going to be a minute. i asked if i could insert it and she did it herself.

Great location and fun drive through option! Tracy and her team were very helpful while I have been to several other locations who were not helpful at all. I would definitely choose to come back here over any other Jamba location

This Jamba is awesome! The drive-through is very convenient, quick and easy. Great workers and the service has improved since the past few times I’ve stopped by. It’s right off van winkle and it’s a quick grab and i can hop back on the road. Today evalyn made my day with her smile and quick service. She helped me substitute to get a dairy free smoothie but still getting my favorite smoothie. Would highly recommend this location. I will be back thanks Jamba team.

Decided to finally use my Jamba points for a chunky strawberry bowl this morning. I ordered through the app, when I got there I was told that they couldn't make it. They were out of fresh strawberries and bananas. I asked if I could get a acai primo bowl with just blueberries. They said okay. When I got the bowl I got blueberries with some fresh strawberries on top. They also forgot to add the scoop of soy protein to the base. Honestly, probably one of the worst orders that I've had from this location. I think they may have hired new people and they're not really doing a good job.

I haven't had a bad experience from this location in the past so I went back and was greeted by the manager this morning! We've interacted before when I've gone in for a bowl before a workout so I recognized him but I didn't know he had read my review. He apologized for the other day and gave me a bowl on the house. So I decided to update the review. Thank you!
