Hit the spot on a Friday afternoon for lunch. It was quiet and pleasant and a wonderful experience in the food was exceptional and the prices were right in line with every other restaurant serving the same type of food but the quality here is better.

My friend was visiting from Australia and I wanted to show them a great tapas and sushi spot. Mint 2 absolutely delivered as we tried multiple dishes and each one was better than the last! Also to top it off, the manager was very nice and our server was great as well! 10/10 would recommend to a friend especially if you're trying to show them that Utah does in fact have good food spots!

I love mint and this is my favorite location. Always a hit. Consistent food, delicious tapas, really attentive staff. I eat here at least 2 times a month and it’s always excellent.

We had 10 items on the tasting menu. You first notice the quality of each menu item. The service includes descriptions and explanations of each menu item. By the time you get to the 7th item, you really start to think you're full, but it's so good you continue forward to the end of the menu and you're rewarded with a special desert. The food was terrific as was the service.

I rented a place in Cottonwood Heights for 6 weeks and was lucky to have found this place the first week. This food is as good as any I've had, including Taiwan. Jennifer is the managers name and she runs a tight ship. I've had 4 different servers, everyone as good as the other. I've been 4 times in 3 weeks and can't wait to come back again.
