Mint Tapas and Sushi 3 (Holladay)

I just left here after having lunch with my husband and I ordered a salmon lunch and it was the best salmon I have ever tried, nice atmosphere and service if you come don't hesitate to try it, I recommend it.

Delivery order from this restaurant and they chat me and say they’re out of Toro and then refund the Wrong nigiri Which I believe now is a tactic to get more money out of the order because the Toro is an extra charge. Now they’re not responding and I’m having to wait for them to confirm the order/refund it. Would not recommend this place at all I’ve also been in person It’s very unsatisfactory.

Sloan was AWESOME! I loved the way he explained the food. When we got it he explained the best way to eat it and was just very in depth with his presentation. The food was great but Sloan made the night! Thanks!

Me and my partner made a reservation on January 6th for a table on Valentine’s Day. Excited to try this place out we went to the location and were met with a lobby full of parties with reservations all waiting to just TALK to the hostess. 20 minutes we waited with 2 of ~10 reservation parties getting seated. With no end in sight we left and went to another restaurant beyond disappointed with our experience. I couldn’t tell you how good the food is because we never even got past the lobby. This experience was so poor that we felt the need to leave this review not only on the Holladay location but every location. This can’t be a one off issue but a systemic issue. I wouldn’t recommended this place to anyone unless you are looking to eat at 2PM on a weekday.

The food and drinks were delicious. I was surprised by how well balanced the cocktails were. Our waitress Izzy was extremely knowledgeable about every ingredient in both the food and cocktails. And the ice cream was amazing- very rich and creamy
Will definitely be going back soon.

We had such a great dinner at Mint for my husband’s birthday. Sloan was our server and he did such a great job with explaining the menu and giving us suggestions. Food was excellent. Service was about the best I’ve had.

Closed for business today (lunch at least) for no apparent reason and no notice. Bush league. We've dined at another location and loved it, though.

The meal that I had this evening was exceptional. The lamb, shrimp and scallop tapas (three separate small plates) were exquisitely presented and the flavors sensational. . I cannot rave enough about this location. The staff is also incredible!

This was our first time in, we got the Jalapeño Hamachi, Mercury, and Saturn. It was to die for! Highly recommend the Jalapeño Hamachi. 5/5.
They only had one server Kylee and it was pretty busy! She was amazing, and told us all about the menu, she told me what they could do to work around my allergies. Definitely ask for her when you go in. We will be back in the future.
