Really excellent dining experience. Cocktails were good, and their waiter Sloan was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and had suggestions for every preference and need. Super accommodating and friendly. We'll be going back sometime soon.

Great food. The service is wonderful and our server Sloan is truly the best server- not only at the Mint but truly in the state. He’s compassionate, gives great advice, always checks in to see if everything is ok and truly cares about his job. Thanks again for a great meal Sloan!

We did a 10 course tasting which was so fun! We enjoyed most of the courses and others were so so. The employees were nice and brought out each dish quickly. The plating of each dish was exceptional. This 10 course tasting was so fun! I wish one of the courses was a sushi roll though. I’ll have to come back to try the sushi.

First-time visit—and it won’t be the last!
Came here for a birthday dinner with a group of 9. The space has a beautiful aesthetic and a chill, modern vibe that made a great first impression. Service was excellent—fast, friendly, and our server really knew the menu. She answered all our questions and gave spot-on recommendations.
We ordered a variety of tapas—coconut shrimp, poke nachos, and wagyu beef—all visually stunning and packed with flavor. The sushi rolls were fresh, inventive, and surprisingly large.
From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Ask for Sloan. Not just the best server at Mint, but one of the best servers I’ve had in Salt Lake City.
I’d offer to recommend rolls like the Apollo, Saturn, and Jalapeño Hamachi, but the reality is that Sloan will make much better recommendations and will provide the best service possible.
Normally I like to leave pictures of the food, but the table ate everything before I could get a photo.
