Sloan was perfect! We are big foodies, and MINT really surprised us last night. The Wagyu beef is to die for, the garlic shrimp is decadent and so so yummy, and the salmon roll with the truffle oil, my God, just beyond. Great experience!

It’s always the best with Susi and the service team—never disappoints! Max was our server this time, and he did a great job. He was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Thank you, Max! The only thing I truly miss about this place is the house chill music they used to play. It made you feel like you were on a European vacation, rather than listening to the typical pop music you hear everywhere else.

If you like bland food, this is the place for you Tried the asteroid and milky way rolls. The gyoza, salmon belly, and the miso soup. The only thing that had any flavor was the pickle relish they garnished the salmon belly with. Was not impressed for the 60 bill attached to eating the BLAND food.

This is probably my favorite neighborhood restaurant. I love exploring their themed cocktail menu. There's usually one or two drinks that hit the spot, every time they change up the menu. And if course the food is solid, and a fun menu to share lots of different bits with my friends. All at a reasonable price!
Coming to Mint is like hanging out with family and friends… and eating the best sushi in Utah. Such a great experience…. I can’t say enough about the manager, and servers… they’re the best!!!!

We just had a great impromptu dinner, the Mint is always great, interesting menu and a great staff. Our server tonight was Grace and she did a great job, professional and pleasant. Always a go to when you want a great time.

Mint Sushi is one of our absolute favorites — perfect for date night, dinner with friends, or even with the kids. We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday there, and Sloan, our server, made the night effortless and fun. He took care of all the ordering for us, and every dish was spot-on. The cocktails deserve their own mention. They are beautifully balanced and easily the best in the city. We always leave already planning our next visit.

Had an incredible meal here! Literally dream about the Salmon Truffle. So delicious. Our server Grace was fantastic. She had a huge table of us and she was lovely, energetic and did a great job. Wish I could give her six stars!

Stopped in for a drink. Extensive menu with lots of vegetarian options. Ordered the shishito peppers and they were delicious. Will definitely be coming back for dinner. Our server was the sweetest. I wish I could remember her name.

Really excellent dining experience. Cocktails were good, and their waiter Sloan was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and had suggestions for every preference and need. Super accommodating and friendly. We'll be going back sometime soon.
