Food was great, but the lady at the counter gave horrible customer service. When walking up to the counter, I said hello, and was ignored. I then walk over and order the lunch special with a pizza, aside, and a drink. When checking out she says that my order does not apply for the deal, although she knew that that’s what I had wanted and didn’t say anything. As she was bringing the food out, I said thank you as she sat it down pretty hard and said “Yep.” maybe she was just having a bad day, but either way bad customer service and did not feel welcome.

I used to love the food here. The last three times have been very disappointing; 3 strikes, you are out. Strike 1, my order was 100% wrong (door dashed) and I received a $3 refund for a $30 order. Strike 2, ordered a pepperoni and olive calzone with extra cheese. There was no cheese and basically no pepperoni or olives. I got a pocket of air with tough crust. Strike 3, crust was so tough I couldn't even chew it. Not sure what is happening, but it is really a bummer.
The pizza here is SO good! They have so many kinds and lots of yummy ingredients. However it can be very difficult to actually place an order. It seems like the employees might be turning the door dash off as well as the phones. Trying to call to order and reaching a full voicemail box at 7pm on Saturday, very frustrating. Otherwise great place!

Solid simple pizzas. I always ask for well done, and it always comes a little burnt. Maybe tone it down by a minute or so. Otherwise, a really great place for quick pizzas and salads.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! it hits every time, except friday night. i don’t know what the heck is wrong with the staff but they do not make good pizza!! it’s like raw and not cooked every friday night but other than that this is the greatest pizza place!!
