The service was very poor. The person who made my pizza appeared to be in outerspace and dropped most of my toppings on the counter. There also did not appear to be any sense of customer health. People were taking money and touching food without washing their hands. Service personnel were not wearing gloves either. The food was sub standard, and overpriced for what I received. All the tables were dirty, so I placed napkins on my table. I will not eat there again. It was very difficult for my disabled spouse to navagate the restraunt.

Delicious vegan pizza and wings options. We typically order ours with light vegan cheese. The vegan cheese burger pizza is one of our favorites, despite my thoughts on what constitutes a pizza.

We have been coming to your restaurant for years and love the pizza but recently we have noticed the cleanliness is really slipping. We haven’t been back because a dirty restaurant kills the appetite. Hopefully the problem can “clean itself up” and we will be back!

Wthhhh lmaooooo I paid $18 for a pizza that's badly cut and tastes/ looks burnt ! I thought their brownies were fresh but no they're stale, dry and packaged not even 7/11s brownies that bad anyways.

We have been to the Holladay location several times, but last week the pizza was burned and the pieces of bread on the salad were badly burnt. I mentioned it to one of the teen employees and he just shrugged his shoulders. There was no manager and the five teens were having a lot of fun. Not good for a business.

I really hate to get this place three stars but I think it’s deserved. Their food is pretty good and I’ve gone here about 10 or more times but after they got rid of the $10 half salad half pizza the cost wasn’t as worth it and the service is always been prioritized to Uber eats or GrubHub. Multiple times now I’ve had to wait for my order at for far too long, while other online orders took priority and bumped what was supposed to be a quick pizza back 15min. Another time they seemed to be under staffed and short on prepped ingredients causing delays. Great location tho. Just hope they can turn it around.

Usually friendly but the face tattoo guy was in a very very bad mood .. the pizza I got was burned black on the entire crust. It was just badly burned. I never return food ..so this was the only time in 52 years that I've done that. I was very nice and apologetic...but he started slamming things and was a total jerk. This was in front of my mom so it was really uncomfortable. The pizza he cooked was the other pizza ordered that wasn't black crusted.. but I didn't say anything. I don't care about looks at all.. but that guy shouldn't be working there. I'm a cashier and hate customers with an attitude..but I was very nice and respectful and this moody jerk just took advantage of my kindness. Please get nicer people in there.
Trash. The pizza was stone cold garbage. We couldn't even finish the calzone. That thing was so gritty inside it ruined the whole experience. I've never had such a dry pizza. I got a pizza, a calzone, and a few wings and got hit for a fortune. This is a perfect example of charging premium prices for sub-standard food. Worst pizza in the city.

This is my favorite pizza, for the flavors and freshness. HOWEVER, the last 5 times in a row I have ordered there online (both from online ordering systems and their own app), the pizzas have not even been started when the pickup time comes. This is the best pizza, but I'm giving 3 stars because it is really unprofessional to not have a functional ordering system, and a huge flaw in the system. I will change this review when I see their performance improve.
