Personal opinion:
Banh mi honey pork
Bread had no crunch
Unexpectedly sweet

14 is steep compared to quality especially for competition in the area.

I would not take my relatives here at least to this location sorry!

The dining area is nice and quiet and the chairs are quite comfortable. When you walk in, you're guided to use a self service kiosk to order your food, that naturally asks for a tip at the end of it.

The prices are really insane here. A bowl (not a large bowl at all) a can of soda and a side of baguette was nearly $30.

The baguette was quite nice actually and I really enjoyed it. The Pho was not so nice. There was barely any meat inside and the broth had no flavor. It was basically like sipping on warm water. The meat was ok and was pretty tender. The noodles felt a little off, but I will attribute it to the broth having no flavor, so the noodles had no flavor to soak in.

I wouldn't come here again, as it's way too expensive, the quality isn't good and the quantity of the meat is a joke.

I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their locations and the highland spot is no different. Their bánh mì is incredible and hard to stray from (that perfect bread!), but their pho is also really incredible. Really you can’t go wrong.

I enjoyed both the honey pork and curry chicken banh mi. Delicious! A little pricey though.

The pho tasted off, employees were attentive and helpful, only disappointed in the pho. It lacked 20$ of flavor and was excessively soapy.

Friendly staff, yummy fresh food, quick service. I’ve only used take out here, and it’s been great every time!

Quality continues to decline and prices continue to go up. Ordered 3 sandwiches online for pick up. Ordered an S9 and they gave me an S8. Ordered an S1 without carrots and daicon and they also opted to leave off the cucumber, cilantro and jalapeño’s. It had meat, pate and mayo. Been coming here for years and the prices of the sandwiches have doubled and the quality sucks now.

Used to be good. It’s now a dirty, run down, and largely over priced and sub par food experience. Guy Fieri should pull his review from 10+ years ago and tell them they can no longer use his prior review.

$16+ sandwiches and credit card fees. What happened here? I remember when this place was underpriced and now this. The sandwiches are just not big enough to justify the pricing and there are better pho places in town.

I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere because this was a delivery order, but as far as the food is concerned, it was horrible.

We got pho which, remarkably, is highly rated by other patrons. Where do I start? Let’s see: putting the rare meat into the soup before delivery means all the meat is well done, a sin from my perspective. Then the broth was so salty, I could hardly put it down (but being hungry and sick, I ate it anyway). My wife, unfortunately, could not bear the salt levels and had to throw hers away.

Next, the noodles were undercooked and clammy.

Finally, this whole order came to $55 with delivery (2 pho, 1 kids meal, which my son didn’t eat even though he otherwise enjoys rice and chicken).

In short, it’s shocking that this place is in business at all with a product like that, and even more shocking that it has plenty of good reviews. Y’all should do yourselves a favor and read the best pho options on Reddit for SLC - they’re out there. This is not it.

Thank you for serving us tonight, after a 15 hour drive, you accommodated our order before your closing. We appreciate you.

The food was very comforting and we finished it satisfied.

You go here for the food not the atmosphere. You walk into a strip mall esque storefront and it feels a little bit dirty/cheap/dated. A no nonsense experience with picking your food from a screen on the wall and ordering from the person at the register.

What you end with is an incredibly delicious, vibrant, fresh tasting, and well seasoned Bahn Mi that will make you want to tell your friends who are living on the other side of the country.
