I have been going to either this location or the Sandy location for almost 15 years. Bagels are much more traditional - not giant bready things but smaller denser nuggets of flavor. As in many things, it quality not quantity, all the bagel flavors have their coatings every where and the family favs are everything and Asiago, the latter toasted with cream cheese Is like dessert for breakfast . I would love for rich's to open a place up in park city, but the it migjt be good for my waistline.
Vegetarian options: Is vegetarian, but not exacty healthy!
Dietary restrictions: Some good vegan options, I've done a Salt bagel with peanut butter, pretty awesome.
Parking: Rich's really is the best in Utah for bagels
Kid-friendliness: Always some little kids around.

Bagels seemed a bit small for what you pay, and in my opinion they really weren't much better than the fresh bagels you can get at the nearby Dan's Market. Came here with high recommendation, left a bit disappointed.

I ordered two breakfast bagels and as I’m ordering them she’s trying to leave before I’m finished so she runs to the back before I could ask her if I could get cream cheese on them. She was working alone she was taking orders, making them, and ringing them so I can understand the rush and haste but then she goes: “I can ring you up now” I then told her I’m not finished ordering and the woman goes “who are you feeding today” as if that’s some absurd amount of food keep in mind I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a single blueberry bagel with cream cheese. Since I didn’t get to ask for cream cheese on the breakfast bagels I ordered two small sides an herb and scallion and a pumpkin pie because it sounded interesting. I got home only to find out the pumpkin pie cream cheese is sour and bubbly it tastes rancid (think kombucha but cream cheese) so hopefully I don’t get sick as I tried it not realizing.
