Rich's is the real deal mom and pop bagel shop. I've been eating those warm, fresh asiago cheese bagels since I was a kid and nothing is better. Just the smell alone lets you know your tummy is gonna be happy. Love everything thing about this place, friendly familair faces, cutest chalkboard menu, yummiest bagels, 10/10.

Rich’s has the best bagels in Utah hands down. So many options and they all taste amazing. This was my go to when I lived in Holladay and I still occasionally make a 40 minute drive just so I can eat them. Absolutely amazing

We can’t believe we waited this long to try Rich’s Bagels! Such a lovely experience. The staff was kind and helpful with recommendations. I had the Asiago cheese bagel with honey pecan schmear: silky, flavorful, and perfectly paired. My husband loved his turkey cranberry sandwich on an everything bagel (they swapped the gouda for cranberry-raspberry cream cheese). The chicken rice soup tasted homemade, warm, and comforting.
We also tried the coconut chocolate chip oatmeal cookie and wow! It was out of this world delicious and reminded me of a million dollar bar in cookie form. The pumpkin bread was soft and delicious as well. We’ll definitely be back soon! 10/10

This is a great place with amazing bagels. Of course you have to try their Asiago bagel, they say they’re the original, and it’s so good. I would also recommend their Blueberry… it’s very flavorful. The owner and other employees really show that they care about making the customers feel taken care of. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I went exactly once. A Saturday around 11:00AM. Pretty long wait for service. Very nice person, once I was helped. Got my take out home to discover that the order was wrong: I asked for and was excited to try their honey pecan cream cheese, and they put plain on mine (if I'd wanted plain, I could have pulled it out of my own fridge). Rest of the order was correct, but I'm truly disappointed in my experience. It'll be a long time before I go back, if ever.

Thank you for using good ingredients on ur bagels and not cheating out. I will be coming back because your bacon is thick and yummy, hard to find on bagels unfortunately

I go to fishtech outfitters for my fly fishing stuff whenever I’m in Salt Lake. I decided to give this bagel shop a shot since all the boys at Fish tech eat there. I got an asiago with the scallion and herb cream cheese. It was seriously perfect. I loved it so much. I feel like I needed that bagel that day, not just for food, but for my soul. Thanks guys

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years. The food and staff are wonderful. The women who run these shops are always so friendly and clearly hard workers.
Thank you to your management for receiving customer feedback so graciously 🫶 you guys rock.

Stopped by for a half dozen bagels to go, tried a little of everything. The cashier recommended the orange jalapeño cream cheese. 5 stars because my grandma is still talking about that cream cheese a week later.
I got the turkey Gouda cran bagel sandwich, wincing at the price but realizing how incredibly decorated, flavorful and big the sandwich was… I was so pleased with the treasure delivered to my table, I knew from that moment that I fully intend to be a regular.

The menu on the website is not updated. I went in for the lunch special for $14.99. Guy rings me up and says it’s $18… I say it’s supposed to be $15 and he’s goes “oh well the Asiago bagel is extra.” $3 extra for an Asiago bagel? Good food, good service, but no where on the menu does it say different bagels means extra $ for the lunch special. Very sneaky up pricing.
