Thank you for using good ingredients on ur bagels and not cheating out. I will be coming back because your bacon is thick and yummy, hard to find on bagels unfortunately

I go to fishtech outfitters for my fly fishing stuff whenever I’m in Salt Lake. I decided to give this bagel shop a shot since all the boys at Fish tech eat there. I got an asiago with the scallion and herb cream cheese. It was seriously perfect. I loved it so much. I feel like I needed that bagel that day, not just for food, but for my soul. Thanks guys

I absolutely love this place. I've been coming here for years. The food and staff are wonderful. The women who run these shops are always so friendly and clearly hard workers.
Thank you to your management for receiving customer feedback so graciously 🫶 you guys rock.

Stopped by for a half dozen bagels to go, tried a little of everything. The cashier recommended the orange jalapeño cream cheese. 5 stars because my grandma is still talking about that cream cheese a week later.
I got the turkey Gouda cran bagel sandwich, wincing at the price but realizing how incredibly decorated, flavorful and big the sandwich was… I was so pleased with the treasure delivered to my table, I knew from that moment that I fully intend to be a regular.

The menu on the website is not updated. I went in for the lunch special for $14.99. Guy rings me up and says it’s $18… I say it’s supposed to be $15 and he’s goes “oh well the Asiago bagel is extra.” $3 extra for an Asiago bagel? Good food, good service, but no where on the menu does it say different bagels means extra $ for the lunch special. Very sneaky up pricing.

I lived in NY for over a decade and went in to Rich’s bagel because of all the hype in tik tok. It’s okay, taste is off from ny style bagel

Let me start by saying I rarely leave bad reviews. I genuinely feel for the plight of owning a business. I love giving the benefit of the doubt, and it takes a lot for me to do this, but enough is enough.
So for whatever reason my 9 year old loves this place. I’m not a big ‘bagel guy’, but I’m sure by bagel standards go, they are good. However, even when the line is short, it takes forever. It’s just a poorly ran operation. Invest in more training, better employees, SoP’s, whatever it may be. When you have a line out the door and 30 minute ticket times, I’m sure you could figure it out if you wanted to. But maybe you just don’t have to.
They are always apologetic for the wait. We always get one bagel, and one bagel only. It’s plain, toasted and with cream cheese. Today we were the second person in line, and it took ten minutes. All the kid employees were trying to figure out why a call in order was missing. Literally just one of you take my order, while the rest of you figure this out. They finally figured it out, took my order, and may I remind you nothing else was going on, my bagel sat in the toaster until I finally went and asked for it.
Ten minute ticket times for a bagel with no line and these high prices are unacceptable to me. People love the cute nostalgia so you can run a D+ operation, I suppose. I talk to regulars and they all agree, but they said you just kinda know what you’re signing up for when you go there. Pretty good bagels, long waits, and a poorly ran pricey business. But hey, we sign up for it! There’s a light at the end of the tunnel though, my daughter is finally starting to get fed up with it.

This place is not the same since the ownership change. They locked their door 10 minutes early today. Last week they refused soup due to closing “in 20 minutes”. Very poor customer service. Will never return.

I used to love Rich’s Bagels, but not anymore. This changed when they decided to start charging a higher price when a customer uses a credit card. I get it, the credit card companies charge a fee, but the fee is simply a cost of doing business. Policies like this make a business look like they don’t care about a portion of their customer base. A better way to do this is to raise your price across the board so you don’t look like you’re trying to nickel and dime one part of your customers. I guess The Bagel Project will be getting my business from now on.

Deep in the mystical woods of Holladay, I followed a trail of sesame seeds laid out by what I can only assume was a carb-craving leprechaun, straight to Rich’s Bagels!
It’s a golden circle of joy at the end of the 🌈 rainbow🌈!
As I stepped inside, the scent of freshly toasted dough and cream cheese whispered secrets of breakfast past, and I swear a poppyseed bagel winked at me.
I ordered the jalapeño cheddar bagel, and it bit back harder than my ex on taco night, but I liked it. Grrrrr!
Every bite was like unlocking a new level of edible treasure, doughlightful, holey goodness with schmear magic. As I sat there, crying softly into my cinnamon sugar bagel and hearing the raisins on my wife’s bagel speak my name with Hispanic accent… I had to wonder—have I finally lost my mind, or just found the perfect bagel?🥯

A Hole Lotta Love for Richs Bagels!
From the moment I walked into Richs Bagels, I was welcomed in an atmosphere as warm and inviting as a freshly baked bagel. But let me tell you, the bagels are not just good; they're amazing! I tried the Sun-dried tomato bagel it was delicious! the bagel is a match made in breakfast heaven.
But what truly elevates Richs Bagels is the staff. The service was as impeccable as the food. Jaylee helped me, with her happy attitude and enthusiasm it made the experience all the more delightful. It's not every day you encounter such a happy place with amazing people in it.
. The combination of outstanding food and exceptional service makes it a must-visit. Trust me; you'll leave with a smile and a craving for more!
