Great food and quick service
Love both for take out or eating in. The doner bowl with mixed fries and lamb mix is awesome. The street wrap with falafel is delicious.

This was my first time eating here and it was SO good. Greek food is newer to me so I don’t have a ton to compare it to, however this was the best Greek restaurant that I have eaten at. The outdoor seating area was nice, their sauces they have were so good too. The beef and lamb meat were thin sliced but still juicy and deliciously crispy. Their wings had an herby franks red style sauce and herby dill ranch that were soo good too. We ate here while out of town and have already looked for one closer to our home. It’s THAT good!

Great service, excellent food, smiles all over the place accompanied by beer. What's not to like? Plus, it's so close to the canyon, why not take the food for a picnic? After... Before... Reasonable timing with your beer.. of course.

I had the BEST gyro I’ve ever tasted at Spitz last night! The flavors were so fresh and perfectly balanced, every bite was packed with seasoning and quality ingredients. The portion size was generous, the pita was warm and soft, and the meat was cooked to absolute perfection. On top of that, the atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the staff made the whole experience even better with their friendly and quick service.
If you’re craving Mediterranean street food, this is hands down the place to go. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Spitz has officially set the bar for gyros!

Recommended dishes: The Spitz Gyro
Spitz making its menu fully Halal certified was a huge game changer. Their Gyro sandwiches, street cart fries and their chicken wings are all good options to go for. I’d recommend trying their zesty feta as well. I’ve been to pretty much every spitz location in the Salt Lake area and the taste is very consistent from location to location.

Food was fine but the service was horrible. The woman that took my order was so rude and the guy that brought out my order basically threw the bag at me and walked away. I will stick to the amazing Greek restaurant, Dasks, around the corner.

Food was delicious, as it always is at Spitz, but the staff were exceptionally great at this location!
Also, whoever is putting together the playlist should get a raise. 10/10!

Warning: dangerously delicious! My Family and me came for a light bite and left in a full-blown love affair with the gyro chicken zesty feta wrap—juicy, cheesy, and zesty enough to make my taste buds do a happy dance. Then came the falafel, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, like little chickpea clouds of joy. Just when we thought we couldn’t fall deeper, the Mediterranean diner wrap chicken swooped in—bold, flavorful, and clearly made with love (and maybe a little magic?). And don’t get me started on the special fry street cart fries… seasoned like they studied abroad in spice school. 10/10 would cancel our salad plans. The service was fast and we'll stop by again.

The fact that they had vegan specific menu items gave me a lot of excitement to try this place. Unfortunately the food was inedible. We were asked if we wanted falafel or veggies, and come to find out that veggies meant ALL picked onions which became the only flavor of the bowl. Maybe it was an off night?
Also only option for silverware for dining in was disposable plastic- wasteful and not right for the price point.

Such a bummer to give this low rating. First time at this location. The order took quite awhile then the gentleman behind the counter said they had to redo it . At other locations the meat is tender and warm but here it was cold and hard like they’d had it stored in the fridge . It was also missing ingredients. Since I’d taken it to go - I did t realize this until I got home. Would not go to this location again. Downtown is by far best and flawless Spitz experience.

The place has amazing food and fantastic service. My most recent visit I ordered online, it was a breeze and my order was accurate. I highly reccommend dining in if you have time as their sangria is the best!
