Place has gone downhill, big time. Bread was stale and the sandwich was mediocre at best. Out of toppings and shorted on the things that came with the sandwich. (Double cheese).

Such a weird experience. Ordered online. Got to the store 15 minutes later. One employee working and apparently several other online orders ahead of me. The two other in-store patrons just stood and waited for the one poor employee to make almost a dozen sandwiches before ordering. Total for my online orders ahead ended up being almost 30 minutes. Safe to say won’t be putting this location on the “fast” food list.

I don’t want to condemn all Subways here by any means. However, this location has some of the most apathetical, condescending employees Ive come across. Ill skip the whole part about ordering via their web site and get right to it. Roll in there about 35 min before closing and the young “go-getter” mopping the floor says “ Ive already broken down the prep station and everything is put away.” To which I inquire about the time…. His response, while not breaking stride mopping, is “i can get some if it back out if you really want me to. “ Id skip this location if i were you 👎

Absolutely disgusting behavior from two of your workers. Someone who is deaf came in to pick up an online order and your two workers made fun of her and ignored her as she was saying the name for pick up. Followed with a “you talk funny.” I don’t know where basic empathy and compassion has gone, but you obviously aren’t holding that to a standard during your hiring process. Do better

I watched 5 people walk out, I was the 6th. Poor kid in there absolutely swamped and was trying to juggle online orders and walk ins at the same time.
He was busting his butt to try and knock out the orders but he was all by himself.
I was on a short break from work and didn't have 45 minutes to wait for a sandwich.
Get this kid some help. The owner could have easily paid his wages with just the lost business that walked out the door.
I hope you're paying that kid right because you don't deserve him.

As someone who's worked at subway for years before, Alejandro is an incredible sandwich maker. I hope a manager sees this, as this person deserves immense praise. At the end of a long 10 hour shift, they still gave incredible customer service, held conversation and were very kind, and had the best sandwich making I've seen from dozens of subways. I will be returning because of this incredible person.

I came into the store with a strange request on how to make my sub and Nick want far and beyond to help with my request. Thanks to him I can now have my cheesy garlic sub that I been craving for so long, anytime I order!
The food and services were quite par, and were also very subway-esque. The atmosphere was breathable. The guy making the sandwich was cute (shneesh I think the name he used was?). There were no British people, very good experience. ?
