I live in the neighborhood and finally made it over. The food was excellent and the flavors were great. My BF asked for spicy and actually got spice. Had a good selection on the menu and fair prices. Also Rollette (unsure on spelling) was such a helpful and kind waiter, we had excellent service. It will be in our food rotation for sure

This place is INCREDIBLE!!!! The food is some of the best Indian food in the valley and the staff is so friendly and lovely. We come here all the time because of how good it is. Great to-go option too!!

We’ve been coming to Tandoor Restaurant at Millcreek, but since it’s closed we went to the other location, and it’s wonderful to see the new Holladay location thrive! The ambiance is beautiful and cozy, making it a perfect spot for family dinners. We’re especially glad to see our favorite server, Bevan, still bringing his A-game! As always, we let him decide the menu for us, and he never disappoints. The lamb madras masala and chicken tandoori were absolutely delicious! And the cherry on top was the complimentary mango ice cream - what a lovely touch! If you’re looking for a great dining experience with excellent service, look no further than Tandoor’s Holladay location. Bevan is a gem, and we’re so grateful he’s still working there !

Had an amazing dining experience for my friends birthday at the tandoor restaurant in holladay thanks to our fantastic server, baven! He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu, recommending some incredible dishes like the vindaloo, lamb kebab and the chicken tikka masala , which was absolutely delicious. Baven's descriptions had us eager to try more!
What really stood out was he’s humor and charm that kept us entertained throughout the meal and made us feel like regulars. The ambiance of the restaurant is also top-notch, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that added to our dining experience.
Baven's service was impeccable, attentive without being overbearing. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu, and we'll definitely be asking for Baven again! Five stars for baven and the restaurant - we'll be back soon!

I came here after the south salt lake location closed. The holladay location is awful. Worst Indian food I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking that you’ll come here because the 33rd S location closed, don’t. Find a new place to go because this was so bad we didn’t finish it.
The chicken tikka masala was watery thin, almost tasteless and the chicken was very tough.
Went here with my family and I got a say that the Chicken Tikka Masala was sensational. Affordable on the pocket as well. Massive shout to my server Bevan who was great with the kids and made great suggestions as well.

The food was cold and reheated. Not a very pleasant experience, though the restaurant staff, slashed some price without complaining, on being mentioned that the food looks and tastes stale, makes me this that it really was.

One of our families very favorite restaraunts in the valley
I used Tandoor Grill for catering my son's wedding in Park City. They did an amazing job!! It was about 300 guests and the food was excellent. It was a mix of north and south indian. Everything was served hot, the buffet was always refilled soon, the dishes were all tasty, they included many items in the menu that were not from their restaraunt menu. They offered tasting and made the changes requested. They were even willing to try our recipe. All my guests raved about the food and the appetizers during cocktail. She even provided an Achaar Bar for those who wanted to spice it up more -- and that was a hit. The western guests and indian guests both loved the food. Jothi was very attentive to what we wanted and to all details on presentation and how it was served. She went above and beyond what is required as a caterer as I am not from SLC. So she became a friend and helped me with many aspects of the indian wedding, from baraat to flower garlands etc. The whole team really hit it out of the ball park. I highly recommend them for your events.

This is by far THE BEST Indian food in the state of Utah! My favorite thing to order is the Coconut Korma with the Peshawar I naan absolute HEAVEN. Another favorite my wife does is the Butter chicken! You will not be disappointed.
