The best baklava I have ever had! I only wish I had ordered more, because it’s just that good. I can’t imagine buying baklava from anywhere else after this.

Thank you Tasty Med Treats for making my husbands birthday so much better. He loved the baklava! We all agree it’s one of these best we’ve ever had!

This is a good place to get some lunch if you want quick service and good food. The cuisine is Mediterranean and have wraps and lots of other options. I think it's makes a good place for lunch but it's nothing fancy.

Delicious and authentic plus made with love/care. Order with confidence and enjoy. My wife loved them and she took them to work also for all to enjoy. Will be buying again soon.

I ordered Baklava from her and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Everything about the Baklava was authentic and definitely worth trying if you never had Baklava. If you are into sweets this is the best one to have!

Hands down, the best baklava I’ve tasted in the USA! Most are dripping in honey syrup and by contrast, this was light, delicate and flakey. I have traveled extensively and find this baklava on par with those made in the Middle-Eastern countries of the world. To think this is a home business, she should seriously open her own store. I will be coming back for sure!!

What a charming place with wonderful food. They gyro, flatbread pizza, chicken wings, and sweet potato fries were all wonderful! The only negative thing I’d say is the sangria was not to exciting. But I would go back tomorrow for the food.

They have several tables outside on a little terrace, which is a very nice place to eat your food if the weather is nice. We got a Doner Basket and a Doner Salad, both with chicken. They were pretty similar in their ingredients, though the basket had French fries. I liked the fried lavash chips and fried pita, both of which had very good flavor. The greens and the veggies were fresh. Overall, good lunch.

We visited Spitz yesterday evening (3/9) for dinner. It is nearby the Hampton Inn in Salt Lake Cottonwood where we are staying. It’s in area of office / retail buildings and has plenty of parking spaces out front or on the sides. I called earlier and Luke told me service is first come first served with no reservations needed for a party of two. The atmosphere in laid back with about 20 wooden low and high tables casual seating. At this hour (7pm)Spitz had about 10 diners so there were lots of tables to choose for COVID-19 spacing. Lighting is somewhat subdued, ventilation was good and noise level low for easy conversation. There are no white table cloths here. Luke reviewed the menu with us and made good suggestions. We chose to split the a Wrap, Greek Salad, and the Street Cart Fries. Donna also ordered the Monkey Bay Sauvingnon Blanc and I had an Dr. Kombucha Organic Wildberry Ginger Tea. Luke brought the drinks and water without delay. During our visit I noted take-out dinners regularly pulling into the lot to pickup their orders. We didn’t wait long for the food though. Luke brought all our food within ten minutes if that. All the food was good but we especially liked the Street Cart Fries that were covered with Feta, peppers, chick peas, onions, tomatoes with a good mixture of both sweet potato and regular fries. The fries were hot, crisp and not a bit soggy. Very good. We ate the all of it such that we could not finish the salad and wrap which were also good. Splitting a wrap would normally have been a meal for us but we were hungry for traveling. Service was very good too. We plan to return. The total was $37 including tip.

It was pretty good. I got the Cababs and they were average. It is a good restaurant but it does not deserve best Mediterranean food awards

We have dined at Spitz the last three times we visited Salt Lake. The food has consistently been delicious. I love that there are lactose-free and vegan options. The service is great and the portions are generous. Most recently (Aug 2020), we ordered takeout online. Overall, it was a safe and easy process. 100% recommend.
