Setup like a cafeteria- service was quick at each staging area for the various options and checkout was smooth. If you like a hint of German flavor, they have some menu items for you! I opted for the chicken and waffles and it was amazing! Well prepared, BIG portion and a perfect boost to recharge before getting back on the slopes! The waffle itself was by far one of the best I’ve had anywhere. The views were also amazing to watch people hiking up after the tram and catching some chute runs. Great recharge and refuel next to a huge fireplace!

My fav lodge at Snowbasin. Wow I was blown away by the banana cream waffle cooked to perfection it tasted so light and fluffy w the perfect crunch. Certainly will be back to try all the options my teen son said “good just hits different up here” but in a good way. He got his standard chicken tenders and fries but I swear they were the best we’ve ever tasted.

The best food at a ski resort ever! You have to ride to the summit to enjoy their food! The specialty of the house is waffles. I would have liked to try them all but the chicken waffle filled me up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A great stop to refuel for the trip back down the. Mountain!

Had a killer lunch here with the chicken and waffles. Staff like Felipe from Costa Rica was super friendly. I love coming home here and then skiing down for a final run. The chicken and waffles was terrific. Best maple syrup ever. So sweet. The chicken schnitzel was so crunchy and great. The Parmesan flakes were devoured. The waffle great too. No complaints. Stuffed full for $18. Great views of the mountain and a lot of natural surrounding light.

Great place to stop for lunch when on the slops. Typically less packed than the other lodges. There can still be a 20 minute wait for food during the lunch rush hour, so best to plan for an early or late meal.

This is the best lodge at snowbasin! Perfect views of the mountains no matter the weather. It may not show up to you at first, but there is an elevator if you want to be able to get downstairs without having to clomp down the stairs in ski boots. However, if you do decide to get food here, the prices are like $15-20 for one meal, and about $6 for a drink or cookie.
