My fav lodge at Snowbasin. Wow I was blown away by the banana cream waffle cooked to perfection it tasted so light and fluffy w the perfect crunch. Certainly will be back to try all the options my teen son said “good just hits different up here” but in a good way. He got his standard chicken tenders and fries but I swear they were the best we’ve ever tasted.
The best food at a ski resort ever! You have to ride to the summit to enjoy their food! The specialty of the house is waffles. I would have liked to try them all but the chicken waffle filled me up. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A great stop to refuel for the trip back down the. Mountain!

Setup like a cafeteria- service was quick at each staging area for the various options and checkout was smooth. If you like a hint of German flavor, they have some menu items for you!
