We went on a non busy day because there was no snow. The waiter was complaining because they have not seen that much patrons. The food was excellent, and savory.
We went there and tried the Sichuan cocktail. It’s so good, with a nice kick of heat. They have lots of unique drinks to choose from. We didn’t try the food this time, but everything looked great. The restaurant is in a perfect spot with mountain views, the interior is beautifully decorated, and the bartender and staff are very friendly.
We dined after skiing enjoyed the fondue and some beers on tap. We are still talking about the fondue. It really hit the spot and was made with three different cheeses. The ambience is amazing and the service was spectacular. Thank you.

Cinnabar offers an amazing dining experience with excellent service, great ambience, and delicious food. The prime rib, salmon, and custom-made omelette are standout dishes. The restaurant's attentive and accommodating staff make every visit special. While some dishes, like the Sticky Pork Ribs and Shepherds Pie, may not meet expectations, the overall experience is worth it. Cinnabar is a great place to celebrate special occasions, and its customer service is a highlight. The bourbon cocktail and the mezcal margarita are also recommended treats. Situated inside Earl's Lodge, the restaurant features fireplaces, golden chandeliers, and delicious drinks. The salads are great, but the kids' pizza could use improvement. Overall, Cinnabar is a nice place to grab a drink on the mountain, with an 85% rating from recent reviews.
