Snowbasin Resort

It was amazing!!

Fantastic ski resort, nicest lodges anywhere. Great Terrain, and on a blue bird day the views are priceless.

A beautiful mountain, friendly staff, incredible terrain and of course great snow!

Still great after all these years! The snow, the terrain, the lifts and the lodges along with top notch employees make this a day I look forward to every season as an East coast visitor. Prices are creeping up for single day visits between advanced purchase tickets and the food in the lodges, but still worth a visit. If you know your dates far ahead look for midweek discounts during Black Friday and again around presidents Day (assuming you don't have an IKoN pass). The snow is always fantastic and the long runs are an excellent way to spend a day outside. 2024 update: snowbasin is put in a chairlift in strawberry this summer, ending a bit lower! Great choice! There's a sort-of food option at the area over there. I say sort of because the Thursday in March we went only one of the 3 food trailers was open and had very little selection, including running out of beer by noon! Register dude just kept repeating he gets restocked tomorrow... Have patrol run a sled full of beer down from needles.Still Hopeful the upcoming hotels and condos don't ruin the place.

Personally don’t love it here. We are from Colorado and I’m learning to ski. The people skiing are not very nice and the green runs are HARD, nothing is well marked. Just doesn’t even hold a candle to any Colorado ski resort.

Great resort, and perfect snow on the day I visited.

It was our first time skiing in Snowbasin and we went Thursday & Friday last week. We have the Ikonpass and we wanted to ski a new resort. It snowed on Thursday and it was cold. The resort’s lodges were beautiful and comfortable. It was nice to relax and get back on the lifts again once we warmed up. I appreciate the gondolas. It wasn’t very busy on Thursday, and there were no lift lines. There were more cars/people on Friday. It was a beautiful day. The resort offered shuttles from the parking lot. We were worried that there were going to be long lines. It was only long in the early morning. Snowbasin is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

Love the up close parking, and easy access. Not crazy with the alcohol policy. Come on, get with the times Utah!

Unparalleled beauty. Must visit the mining shaft on top! And I don’t see why you won’t want to take the tram up!

Learned to snowboard here. Been other places too but I'll always be fond of it here.

Great atmosphere!

Ogden is amazing because there really is a lot to do and so many places close by whether it's a trip to a ski resort or a trailhead to hike the mountains or if you want to hang out at a lake/reservoir or do something downtown..

One of the best resorts in Utah! Awesome lodges! A bigger resort so you can spread out on busy days usually finding some uncrowded runs ⛷️?
