Been coming here about once a month, or more, since they opened, several years ago. My favorite local restaurant, Pig's Ear Bistro, has a huge menu with no duds on it. However, I must admit that I was surprised that, after reading dozens of reviews, none of them mentioned the Cajun prawn appetizer or the baby back ribs! If either of these dishes sounds appealing to you, be prepared for the best version of them you have ever had. Period. After trying and enjoying almost everything...

There is NOBODY in Southern Utah making a better Salmon or Beet Salad..... No one! Pigs Ear has the market cornered on quite a few things. It's a 30 min drive for me and I am a foodie that frequents Las Vegas weekly and Pigs Ear can run with the best of them. For you... do not walk.... But run here!

Food was very good, Like best place i have eaten at in the saint george area. The atmosphere was kind of like a higher end bar kind of vibe. The food surpassed the atmosphere in my opinion. It was really good though. Service was amazing and the food was even better. If i have any recommendations it'd just be an improvement in atmosphere. But that is me just being knit picky. 10/10 you need to bring your wife here
