This is the best steak ? I have ever! If you are looking for a dining experience never to be forgotten this is it. This may be one of the best restaurants in Utah.

We were visiting my Father at the Ivins Veteran’s Home and wanted a nice meal without driving back to St. George. My entire family was blown away by the food and the care with which it was made. My adult children have eaten all over the world and are “foodies”. We all agreed that this was the best restaurant we had ever eaten at. Don’t come in if you are looking for inexpensive but it was worth every penny.

It was an experience but a little overrated. Edited to respond to owners comment - pasta was not ordered , and anything that was left over from the meal was certainly not worth taking home as the ‘expensive’ cuts of steak were full of gristle which is a real shame . Perhaps reconsider your source of meat? Also a humble response to reviews would be a good thing as there’s always room for improvement. A pompous attitude is a real turn off .

I have eaten at some of the finest restaurants in the world, from Italy to the US and everywhere in between. I would put this restaurant at the top of that list. The chef was incredible, every dish was excellent. When you pull up to this place you don't think that behind that little door is the best restaurant and chef you will ever sit at, that's for sure. It's always the little restaurants like this with a few tables that are the best. And this one surely did not disappoint.

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day for dinner. Turns out we were wrong...we didn't get dinner, we got an experience. I've travelled to over 95 countries over 35 years. I've had some of the top cuisines in the world. In a very weird strip mall with a gas station in Ivins, my wife and I found a true neighborhood gem. In fact, Arrabiata, Chef Eric and his wife Olli hit it completely out of the park! We can see why they have 2 Michelin star awards in some of their prior restaurants. The quaint restaurant ranks among the top 3 I've been to anytime. Do bring "big coin" but if you want to experience the best food in Utah and even the Southwest, do visit. Everything was to die for - the burrata was in my top 10 in the world, but everything else was either #1 or #2. The sea bass and Delmonico steak were the best I ever had. The salad was a perfect balance of flavors. A must-have cap-off to the dinner was the spumoni raspberry and pistachio gelato served in chocolate eggshells.The service was as good as the food. Chef Eric came by, described the food and spoke about his background. The ambiance was muted, making the nearly 2.5 hours we spent there pass like it was 10 minutes. Congratulations to the Arrabiata team. Do visit!Parking: Small parking lot but ample for our needs.

Arrabiata is a hidden gem! Hiding in a gas station parking lot is a small, intimate setting where world-class cuisine is served! Chef Eric takes premium ingredients and combines them in a magical way to create a delicious and memorable dining experience. Table service is also superb, with Chef Eric making frequent visits. Highly recommended!
Hands down. The best food in St. George. You're going to get what you pay for. If you want good food, definitely come here.
