We love The Notch! Great food, great beer, great views, great atmosphere. If you go in the summer, I highly recommend sitting outside up top, it's so pretty! And going in the winter, it is so cozy inside with the fireplace going and a log cabin feel! Food wise, I recommend the pulled pork nachos, that BBQ is amazing!! And the wings are delicious!
Food was absolutely mid and service was worse. It’s a shame because the restaurant itself is such a nice vibe.

The atmosphere is awesome and the staff is friendly for the most part. That being said the food is overpriced and was underwhelming. Bison burger was dry, wings were like jerky and the Philly seemed as though the meat had been in a freezer and had a freezer burn taste.
Would be a cool place to grab a beer and watch a game for just for Dining there are better options.

This is seriously a fun, awesome place. We went here recently on our way to Mirror Lake, and it was so delicious, we're planning on coming back next Sunday JUST to eat here. It's a one hour drive for us, totally worth it though. The nachos are different but SUPER good. That BBQ sauce is STUPID good. We would buy a bottle of it if they sold it. Great service, cool outdoor area, one of the few GREAT bars of Utah.
