Got myself a truly delicious sandwich here with fresh ingredients, not expecting that for a small town joint. The service was excellent and the servers and manager were incredibly nice and accommodating of dietary needs. I'll definitely make this my go-to stop in Kamas in the future.
There are a plethora of breakfast options in the greater Park City area and Mirror Lake Diner is among the best. I can't think of any place with crispier and tastier hash browns. For lunch expect well prepared comfort food with healthy options and wonderful service.

I cannot visit Utah without stopping off at the Mirror Lake Diner in Kamas. Great food, wonderful environment and helpful staff. Winter, spring, summer or fall, this is the place for a hearty meal. My usual "go to" is their corned beef hash, but today I branched out to enjoy their huevos rancheros. French fries, home fries or tator tots- you decide what you like best. Kid friendly and allergy aware. ALL GOOD.
