This cozy pub has the BEST hamburgers ? in Utah— and they’ll try to give you any ingredients to make it your perfect burger. The Mac N Cheese side was devoured! The chili was amazing. The Beast burger will give those who like a more wild taste a good meal. Overall, best restaurant food in Utah since we moved here 3 months ago! Oh, the staff were fun and knowledgeable about the area.
I was blown away by how good this place is, the atmosphere the staff, the music and especially the food is amazing, anything they do smoked is fantastic! This is a hidden gem of Utah.

My first time at the Notch for my man's work party. Cheree was awesome and they got us right in for a table when we had 8 people! The chicken sandwich I got was sooo good! They put a honey Sriracha sauce or something like that on it and it was delicious! The vibe is cozy and timeless!! Wish I could have stayed longer but the snow storm was getting crazy. Thanks again Notch!
