Cozy atmosphere with delicious food. Every camping, fishing, or christmas tree hunting adventure HAS to end with a meal at the Notch. Pies are HOME MADE by the owners wife and always worth the stop.

Best food in Wasatch County lol. Love the burgers and the atmosphere. They are understanding with my toddler son and are great for just a couple having a beer after having a great time in the Uintahs

We love The Notch! Great food, great beer, great views, great atmosphere. If you go in the summer, I highly recommend sitting outside up top, it's so pretty! And going in the winter, it is so cozy inside with the fireplace going and a log cabin feel! Food wise, I recommend the pulled pork nachos, that BBQ is amazing!! And the wings are delicious!
