Was very good Chinese food. In such a small town, I was not expecting a lot. I was pleased to find how good it was. It wasn't busy, but I think this is due to the building needing an update. I will go here again.

We were visiting Kanab from NYC and wanted to try non-American food so we went to Luo's Cafe. We've had so many Chinese food in NY, but Luo's Cafe was the worst by far. This (in the pic) was over $15! Plus, I asked to not give us any rice but they didn't listen. I wouldn't pay $4 for this! If their restaurant were in NYC, they'll close within 3 days. Nobody will eat their horrible food.

Food was okay, not much different from you get in California Chinese restaurant, but didn’t expect to find the place in this high Utah altitude city.

We used to love going here it always had great food in abundance but now I'm very disappointed I got half the amount of food we used to and definitely not the same quality it used to be either. The prices have gone up and size and quality have gone down. I understood when we had all the covid restrictions that some places charged extra for to go but to up your prices and still charge extra for to go food is ridiculous. Won't be going again.
We were a group of over 10. The portions were extremely small, and the silverware didn't appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The place was wear and tear everywhere---even holes were in some of the walls. We also witnessed the main waiter trying to charge a couple over 20% just for having soup in takeout containers. The chinese food is scary.PLEASE go across the street to the market or to a genuine restaurant. The people here only seem to be care about the money earned.
We really enjoy Luo’s sweet and sour chicken, miso soup, and varieties of rice entrees. We always order take and they consistently have it ready to go on time. All of our experiences have gone well with Luo’s!?
We used to go here a lot and even during the pandemic usually our order is to go and it was always fantastic large portions and good prices now I'm very disappointed small portions inflated prices and don't forget the added to go fee. Won't be going any more.
If I could give this horrible restaurant minus stars I would. After looking at the online menu, I called to place an order to go. When I arrived 20 mins later, there were no other customers (which should have been my first clue). A sign near the door stated no children under 7 yrs of age allowed. (Discrimination!!?) The two male employees behind the counter were on their phones and did not acknowledge me for several minutes. Finally I got one’s attention and told him I was picking up an order. After I paid, ad was leaving I thought the receipt must have been wrong. We had only ordered two items from the menu yet the total was $58??!?! I was stunned and I told him the total should be about $35 according to what we ordered from the online menu. The employee said “those online prices are wrong, and we have raised our prices”. And then he said, “there is an additional $7 charge for EACH TAKE OUT CONTAINER”….. I was flabbergasted, $14 for cheap containers?? Really?! There was no indication of any of these additional charges online, along with the wrong prices.I was so disgusted, and unfortunately, starving by then,so I just took the food and left. When we finally ate the food, we realized how bad it was. Do not go to this restaurant! They are rude, deceitful, plus bad food….. what a rip-off!
If there's any other restaurant open in town, just go somewhere else, for your money and stomach.I came here on 12/25 because even McDonald's was closed. No surprise it's a horrible Chinese restaurant with any measurements.A $22.99 Mongolian beef only has maybe 10 pieces of beef and the rest are onions ?

Let's start with the positive first, it has a great location and a decent parking lot. But that ends there. The food is heavy on the oil and small portion for the price. The indoor eating area is dark and old. Not impressed.

The price was too high for the amount of frozen food we’ve got, I asked for a side of baby boc Choi and they charged $2.50 for literally 4 leaf of it,on top of that there was a disgusting hair, it couldn’t be mine since my hair is long and not as damaged as that one on my food, DO NOT EAT HERE, unless you want to get sick cause yes it made me sick
Don’t know why the rate is so low. The food was not bad at all. It’s good. Yes . The price is little high but we are also in middle of no where. Give a try. Nice food.
I will not ever be going back to this place again. Where I live In Idaho we do not have good Chinese restaurants so In a Tourists area I thought they would be fantastic, Nope I was wrong and I got very sick (Stomach Problems). They do not allow more then one kid In below 7, We are In America. Not Friendly and way to overpriced for what you get!!!
My family and I were visiting Kanab and decided to try this place. Horrible experience; I got stomach problems. Do not go there. Food not tasty, portions extremely small and VERY expensive, plus you will get your stomach upset. Go to the market across the street and buy bread and lunch meat to make your own sandwiches. Better safe than sorry.
