“My favorite cafe locally! The energy is always calming and relaxing. The staff are helpful and kind. The drinks and pastries are always delicious. They also have local made bags, knick knacks and much more! There's always a good book to pull out and read. And if you love hummingbirds as much as I do you'll want to relax on the front porch to watch them:)”

“The BEST tasting food in all of Kanab and the most affordable! $5 per person (no tax or added fees!) for an all you can eat buffet. My husband and I aren't vegan whatsoever, but I promise you, we have eaten here probably 7 times and have LOVED every single meal we've had and each time has been different. Also for a great cause, love supporting this organization because of everything they do for the animals, workers, and volunteers. You'd be remiss if you didn't eat here and check out Best Friends at least once. Oh and on Thursdays they do announcements about the animals there and sometimes an animal story outside of their organization!

We had chana masala and butter paneer both were delicious.....roti were fresh, naan may have be been frozen.... Although they said they make it all fresh it's hard to imagine...
The quantity of food was good and they are very reasonable compared to other places.”

“This place is very nice, but to eat here you need to catch a coach bus dining here. They cater to larger tour bus groups, but you're allowed to come on in and join during that time. It's inside the little Hollywood museum, which is also really nice to walk around and check out.”

“What a wonderful little gem! And worth the left-hand turn (if heading south towards the North Rim of the Grand Canyon)! My trophy husband was displeased with the hotel coffee, so we set out to find a place to turn that frown upside-down. Taro Coffee did just that! Plus, I was able to enjoy my favorite, a Chai. We will certainly be back!”

“Manager Pam from the food side of this dual business (the other being a very good small town pharmacy and drug store) was phenomenal. This is a hidden gem for Kanab if you want a superb sandwich or a personal pizza.”

“Overall I'd recommend Sego. There was a great selection of choices that are easily shared. Our party had a great time and enjoyed everything. If there are two minor knits, I was sharing the filet with another person who wanted it medium. It definitely came out medium rare at best (and it's served cut up so it was obvious) so I'd expect a restaurant presenting itself as high end to not miss that. They did fix it immediate once I pointed it out, so it was fine. The whole explanation of the restaurant is a social blah blah blah platform felt pretentious in my opinion. All that being said, I'd still recommend it and would consider going back if I returned to the area and had more than a few nights there.”
