This small hidden gem offers some of the best BBQ I have had in a hot minute. Generous portions, quality meats, and flavorful sides make this a perfect spot for BBQ enthusiasts. These flavor comobs will leave you satisfied and wanting more. If you ask my daughter, you cannot skip out on a piece of peach cobbler.I personally loved the pepper ribs and Dutch oven potatoes.
Not only is this the best BBQ I’ve had in Kanab it’s one of the best BBQs I’ve ever had! Brisket was tender and juicy, the chicken was moist, the sides are awesome, and the signature sauce is really tasty! The fact that Dutch Oven potatoes is an option for a side dish is awesome! I can’t think of another restaurant where you can get taters and they are dang good! I’m very happy with Giffs, it’s our new favorite spot in town!

We were looking for some good BBQ and instead found GREAT BBQ! Giff and his wife are super friendly and make some amazing food to share with the community! We got the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, ma n cheese, beans and Dutch oven potatoes. All were so good! Definitely try their cobblers too. SO delicious!!!!!!
