Sego Restaurant Reviews
The food at Sego was an absolute surprise. You wouldn’t expect such a top- restaurant in such a small village, the food is exceptional—international and innovative. It’s a social restaurant where sharing encourages conversation and a shared dining experience. AJ, the owner’s son and a passionate chef, eventually came to our...read full review

Sego Restaurant, located in Kanab, Utah, offers delicious and beautifully presented dishes that leave a lasting impression. The menu, crafted by Chef Shon, tells a story through its variety of offerings. Standout dishes include the "grilled cheese," seared dunk al dente lo mein, and mango sorbet with mango confit. The shareable options, such as the salmon, beet salad, and Caprese salad, are also highly recommended. Customers have particularly enjoyed the Artichoke Mushroom Foccacia, Fried Rice, Duck, and Arizona Beef, all praised for their generous portions and delicious flavors.
Sego Restaurant is a casual yet nice establishment, featuring a large dining area and a cozy sunroom. The menu includes a good selection of "small plates" to share, with fish, meat, and vegetable dishes that are creative and tasty. The service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Customers recommend making reservations in advance, as the restaurant can get busy. Many have enjoyed the Prickly Pear Margaritas and desserts like the Banana Bread Pudding. Despite some seating issues, the overall experience makes Sego a must-visit destination for those traveling through the area.
