My wife and I took a 7 state trip for 2 weeks from Oklahoma, through New Mexico to the Grand Canyon and to Drnver. The best restaurant we ate at on the entire trip, was Wild Thyme, including our breakfast at El Tovar at the Grand Canyon. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was the best we had in 14 days. We are already planning another trip and Wild Thyme is on our list of destinations. Vegan options were delicious. Had the yellow curry and black bean sliders. Super yummy. They had a bit of a wait but have a text system to say when they're ready. Would come back again. Service was also great.Vegetarian options: Vegan options! And vegan desserts.
