If you're passing though Kanab, you don't want to miss this gem! The burgers and fries had tons of flavor and the sauce was a nice touch too. I'm a sucker for a good burger and this place definitely lives up to the hype! Will be back anytime I'm passing through town.

Absolutely amazing burgers. We got the Kanab Burger, Hog Canyon, and the star of the show, the Belly of the Dragon with a Side of Cajun Fries and Ghost Chili Mayo to dip them in.
Everything was balanced, just the right amount of spice, a slight crisp from the jalapeño, savory and perfectly cooked burger. The cajun fries were well seasoned with a very subtle sweetness. Dipping them in the Habanero Ghost Chili Mayo just it took to the next level.
We were starving on our way back from Zion National Park, heading to Las Vegas, we weren't expecting much but this was the perfect meal to end our camping trip.

I ordered the Belly of the Dragon burger, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The construction was perfect, with every ingredient staying in place with each bite. My wife, who’s vegetarian, tried the Ghost Burger, and this chef made an Impossible Burger taste incredible! I even stole a bite of hers, and it was fantastic. This is the best spot to stop by if you’re in the area—I’d gladly drive an hour just to eat here again!

Stopped in Kanab after a full day at Bryce Canyon National Park for dinner. The food truck is tucked away, but don't let it's location fool you, this is a really good food truck.
The chef makes everything fresh to order, so it might be a 15 minute wait, but it's well worth it.
Burgers are well cooked and flavorful, fries are crispy and well seasoned, and even the banh mi special of the week was really good, and I'm surrounded by Vietnamese restaurants everywhere back home
(He also has fry sauce if you ask for it)
Definitely would come back and try anything from this truck.
