This food truck was super good and had great hamburgers. JC, the chef and owner was super kind. The flavors were amazing, especially the Belly of the Dragon burger. Would highly recommend! Only open Friday through Sunday so be sure to swing by if you’re in Kanab any of those days.

Literally one of the best burgers I have ever had, you can tell how JC loves what he does, because these were like perfection. We order the Kanab and the Belly of the Dragon and they were equally sooo good. And the manjar ice cream, OMG! Go try them out, you won’t regret it!

Great burgers. Perfect actually. Cooked with the utmost care and served fresh with a smile. You can tell alot of love goes into his food. Took our burgers to a beautiful park about a mile away and enjoyed the View, the kids at play a d our delicious burgers and fries. P.S. the fry sauce is perfection.

great burger and fries, super friendly owner. be mindful it takes a minute because he’s the only chef but it’s absolutely worth it. Ice cream is good as well I recommend the espresso as it’s not too sweet. Very accommodating but there are no vegetarian/vegan choices so keep that in mind. 9.97/10 if only he would just hire one more guy 🙏🙏

As amazing as all the reviews say. I can’t figure out what was on those fries but it was perfection. It’s hard to make a fancy burger where you still appreciate the classic burger and bun but somehow he did.

Absolutely delicious! It's such a flavorful burger. I was blown away at the first bite. It's the reason that people line up. I got the Hog Canyon and fries. When you are in Kanab, you need to try it.

Perfectly cooked (to order) burger with fresh toppings and homemade fries!! If you want fry sauce get it when you order, you aren’t getting it afterwards. He makes everything to order. Kanab dirt fries were perfection!! Based on how perfectly the burger was cooked, I’d love to see a basic burger with lettuce, tomato, onion only on the menu.

An absolutely fantastic burger & fries. Owner clearly uses the best ingredients and crafts your meal with his passion for food. Butler takes ~15 min to make, well worth it. Don’t forget to add the fry sauce. I will be back for sure

OMGOSH! I’m certain the humble food truck is merely a facade for a Michelin Star kitchen. There is no way this burger came out of there! Ordered the Belly of the Dragon burger, was able to customize the meat temperature for a mere $1, and was served the perfect rare patty adorned with heirloom tomatoes, pepper Jack cheese, crispy fried jalapeños, arugula, sambal sauce, and scorpion pepper sauce. I was concerned it’d be messy, but the bun (which had the logo cutely branded in to it) was able to hold it together without being too bready. The chef was friendly and engaged in fun banter as he explained the menu. Fun experience and incredible food!
