We were a bit hesitant to stop here after reading other hit-or-miss reviews, but after another place in town refused to serve us (even for take-out) we decided to roll the dice. We were in luck. All of the employees acted like they were happy we were there, gave us the best service, and the pizzas were phenomenal! We watched customer after customer stop and thank Brian and his crew on their way out. We would definitely stop here again. Thanks, Brian, for the hospitality and good food!

One of the worst of customer service I experienced through traveling all over the US. I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza & mild buffalo chicken wings. The pizza without any buffalo sauce at all. When I came back to check with the front desk to check with the kitchen lady. The kitchen lady grapped the pizza box from my hands & through it on the floor & yelled at me "I'll remake it" After remaking it, the pizza came without any buffalo sauce at all.
This is our first time in this Pizza Hut. The pizza is so delicious! It is better than the Pizza Hut from where we come from. I recommend this Pizza Hut nice and calm and easy to enjoy clean atmosphere.

This place is HORRIBLE The manager herself, was so disrespectful and not helpful AT ALL. She was basically mad people were showing up wanting business and she had to work. From talking back to customers on the phone, to making my pizzas I waited 43 minutes for and instead of calling my name and getting my attention as I was the ONLY person in the whole restaurant and a vacuum cleaner in my ear...she put my pizzas in a waiting station where they got cold for 10 mins and I sat there. How can we be confused on who the food is for if I'm the only one that's there for food? Why even put them in a waiting station? N she's the manager. Garbage service pizza crust was ripped, just all around horrible experience with Pizza Put.

I was traveling visiting Kanab. Ordered a takeout pizza. I ordered over the phone. When I picked it up I offered a coupon I had on my phone. The employee ringing me up was so nice and adjusted my price. Pizza was good too.

You wonder how he manages to stay open... Place with open kitchen, perfect horror film set, forget all sorts of napkins; they don't exist. Staff bordering on the grotesque, capable of getting the pizza order wrong even by indicating the number with their fingers (only one margherita arrived for 5 people...). Having pointed out the mistake, the waiter "shrugs" and goes away.
