We had an amazing experience at this cute restaurant in Kanab. Both in service and food. The staff were welcoming and warm and accommodating to our family with small children. The food was absolutely amazing. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life. My husband, who is an extremely picky eater, said it was one of the best meals he’s ever had. Highly recommend it if you are in town or driving through.

Refused to do take out order despite having this option prominent on their website. Waste of time. Manager then responded publicly to say they do take out when they feel like it. Which conflicts with what is stated on their site.

My husband and I ate 3 meals there over a 2-day period because it was so good. Unique and flavorful dishes, especially the el verde bowl. Also save room for dessert they are worth the trip for them alone

The wait was around an hour for seating and 30 min for food. We ordered the lasagna, the shrimp pasta, Thai curry, and one of the vegan bowls (forgot the name). The food were seasoned weirdly. The vegan bowl was unpleasantly sour and spicy. The lasagna was really salty (the garlic bread was good though). The curry was sweet and really watered down (zucchini added a weird texture to it).
Anyways not a good experience, DO NOT TRUST ALL REVIEWS. For us it wasnt a hidden gem or anything like that. Just mid tasting, extremely expensive food. Disappointed!

We love their saying... Gourmet Food. Casual Dining.
Our first time dining there, and now our favorite. The Trout, perfect. The Rib Eye, outside. Table next to us had the Bison and said it is a must for our next visit. Even the salad, with homemade dressing was a hit.
The service was the best.
We HIGHLY recommend Rocking V Cafe.

one of my favorite stops in kanab i recommend the verde bowl,this is a smallish restaurant and if you arrive in prime time you may have to wait but its worth it. clean good service friendly staff.
